北區環境教育區域中心設置專案工作計畫(第2年)

中文摘要 北區環境教育區域中心以103年度之工作成果為基礎,今(104)年度持續推動臺灣北區的環境教育發展,透過聯結區域夥伴組成環境教育學習社群,參照「環境教育增能計畫(EE Capacity)」的項目原則,以專業領導、增能學習、科技支援、研究評估及夥伴推廣為推動策略,著重各組織單位間的資源統合及參與人員學習量能的提升,以建立北區環境教育資源共享與運用推廣模式。 北區環境教育區域中心今年度之工作執行方法,分為策略行動方案及核心整合推動工作,策略行動方案由環境教育學習社群推動,分別為生態城市、海洋保護、流域學習及環境學習中心,各學習社群設定其願景及目標,落實五大策略方案於相關推動工作,以達到合作聯結、學習、分享與改變;而核心整合推動工作則是由北區主導,透過建立專業培訓機構、促進國際合作與學習、夥伴聯繫與推廣行銷、重點學習與增能、建立區域中心評估模式等工作,持續為提升區域之環境教育量能而運轉,致力於建立一個多元化具包容性、尊重且公平的環境教育資源共享平臺,以邁向全民環境素養提升的願景。

The work plan of establishing Northern Taiwan Environmental Education Regional Center (2nd Year)

英文摘要 This is the second year of Establishing Northern Taiwan Environmental Education Regional Center Work Plan. Northern Environmental Education Regional Center (NEERC) is aimed to be a collaborative leader in the region, strengthening the field of environmental education throughout Northern Taiwan. In order to implement the concept of EE Capacity, learning communities were organized and operated this year. Moreover, the model of resource inventory in Northern Taiwan would be built. The report mainly introduces the finished works in 2015. Organizing and operating the learning communities is one of the main strategic action plans. With various environmental themes, four learning communities are running this year, including Ocean Protection, Eco-City, River Learning and Environmental Learning Center. Through building connections, integrating resources and providing learning opportunities, partners from different fields are working and learning together. On the other hand, NEERC mainly leading the works as follows: establishing the professional training institution, promoting international cooperation and learning, connecting partners and building the evaluation mode for Regional Center. The 2015 International Environmental Education Conference was held to emphasize the topic of urban environmental education. To provide learning opportunities, workshops and partners meetings were organized every month. Further, Program Logic Model is used to examine the execution and outcomes of related works. Combining sustainability and innovation, the goal of building a resource sharing platform for Environmental Education with diversity and equity would be achieved.
