104年度空品不良期間加強濁水溪沿岸街道揚塵管制計畫
| 中文摘要 | 1. 本計畫洗街工作之執行自104年6月10日開始執行，截至105年6月9日止，洗街長度累積達36,974.1公里，達成率為105.6%，其平均單位用水量為1.17公噸/公里，平均取用水質介於26.7ntu。每月洗街車平均查核227.3km，總查核2,727.1km。 2. 於104年6月11日及105年2月15日，辦理洗街作業人員教育訓練二場次，達成率皆為100%。 3. 統計104年6月至105年6月9日進行緊急應變作業，共計執行72次應變洗街長度達3,815.2公里，推估可削減TSP污染量達52.65公噸，削減PM10污染量達9.92公噸。 4. 完成街塵(坋土)負荷量評估作業，採樣36點次，累計達成率為100%，可作為本計畫執行成效分析與執行過程品質驗證之重要參考依據。 5. 本計畫道路髒污普查於104年6月份至105年6月期間進行道路普查，長度總計達1,569.1公里，調查結果顯示道路等級主要以A級為主。 6. 濁水溪揚塵好發時期，常造成嚴重空氣品質污染，更影響民眾健康安危，透過六鄉鎮國中小校園教育宣導作業，使學童具備自我防護觀念，辦理完成宣導會6場次。 7. 推動9處村里認養道路，公里數總計337.3公里，使環保局與村里一同管制街道揚塵，達互助共享之洗掃及宣導作業。 8. 於濁水溪沿岸揚塵好發嚴重區域完成每月維護3座空品顯示面板(西螺大橋路、二崙大庄、麥寮施厝，提高濁水溪沿岸民眾對於空品認知，並提供立即個人防範措施。 9. 104年9月26日、12月09日於崙背紹安文化季及二崙鄉暨路跑，設攤辦理「環保金頭腦大家來挑戰」，以落實防制觀念及提升計畫能見度。 | ||

Enhancing the control of street blowing dust near Cho-Shui river during the poor air quality period in 2015
| 英文摘要 | 1. The street-cleaning project began on June 10, 2015 and ended on June 9, 2016. The total street cleaning length is 36,974.1 kilometers and total achieve ratio is 105.6%.Total average water consumption is 1.17 tons/km. The average water quality is between 26.7 ntu.The average distance that street-cleaning trucks examine is 227.3 kilometers; total number of verification is 2,727.1 kilometers. 2. An education and training for street cleaners was held on June 11, 2015 and February 15, 2016, and the achievement rate is 100%. 3. Emergency operations in between June 2015 to June 2016 and 9 May carried out a total of 72 times to perform strain street washing length of 3,815.2 kilometers , Collocation TSP can reduce pollution amounted to 52.65 metric tons , reduce PM10 pollution amounted to 9.92 tonnes. 4. The load of street dust estimation task that took samples from 36 places was completed. The achievement rate is 100%. It is a major reference for project execution effect analysis and execution process quality verification. 5. This project’s survey of street cleanness was conducted during June,2015 to June,2016, the length of the road overall is 1,569.1km, and the result shows the grade of the roads are mainly grade A. 6. During the winter time where the dust increases on the riverbank of Jhuoshuei River, there are often severe air pollution and therefore threatening the health of the citizens. Through the cooperation with elementary and middle school in 6 villages and towns, we are able to make the children to become more self-aware of the air pollution. There has been six public events overall. 7. So far,Nine villages have adopt roads that overall length is estimated at 337.3 kilometers. Then EPA and the villages can manage the street-dusts together and creates good propaganda as well as the cooperation on fighting street-dusts. 8. Maintain 3 billboards that display the air quality beside the riverbanks where the suspended particles are most severe; it raises the awareness of the citizens along the Jhuoshuei River, and offers immediate personal protection response. 9. Set up game booth during the Art Choain Cultural Season in Lunbei and Erlun road race , Erlun Township during September 26 and October 9 of 2015. To engage and encourage citizens of the Jhuoshuei River. This act will help to raise people’s attention of the project as well as the prevention of river dust. | ||
