104年桃園市低碳永續家園運作及成效管考計畫
| 中文摘要 | 桃園市政府環境保護局為促使桃園市發展成為北部低碳生活圈低碳永續城市之綠色願景，並成為世界級的低碳城市，桃園市環境保護局推動符合節能低碳概念之城市發展願景，因此藉由本計畫之執行，透過協助及維持低碳永續家園專案工作小組之正常運作，規劃建議低碳桃花源委員會之組織定位；協助相關局處對應低碳永續家園運作機能項目修訂低碳執行方案並落實績效管制；配合行政院環境保護署辦理低碳永續家園執行相關規劃與措施；執行桃園市所認養之環保署低碳永續家園六大運作機能面向之綠色運輸行動項目，分別就財務及技術的可行性、可複製性等分析，完成專案報告書；配合環保署低碳永續家園行動項目之評等、認證及後續相關評估作業，協助維運桃園市「市、區、里」層級參與低碳永續家園認證評等作業並配合及參與環保署相關會議協助填報中央推動低碳永續家園政策之整合平台。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | In order to strive for the green vision of “Low-Carbon Living Circle” in northern Taiwan and to become a world class low carbon city ， the Environmental Protection Bureau of Taoyuan City is pushing the program called Energy-Saving city. Through our assistance and maintaining our technique group function normally， including defining low-carbon homeland project， cooperating with Environmental Protection Administration ， helping the authority dealing with low carbon daily life issues. Additionally， we have to make every city of northern Taiwan coordinate to execute the six clamminess og green transport project. The result of this project will be served in the report analyzed in it's financial and technical feasibility and it's replicability. Later this report will put into work helping every level of Taoyuan City's administration to rank， certificate and the follow up assessment. This will all be integrate to the central online platform called Low carbon sustained homeland. | ||
