廢鉛蓄電池處理廠鉛膏之鉛回收溼法冶金技術研究(2年之第1年)

中文摘要 隨著鉛礦的不斷開採,原生鉛越來越少,已難以滿足工業上日益增長的鉛需求,廢鉛酸蓄電池中含有大量重金屬鉛,勢必需回收再利用,台灣再生鉛企業採用傳統的火法冶煉,高溫火法製程容易產生大量SO2酸性氣體、CO2溫室氣體與含鉛煙塵以及固態溶渣等廢棄物問題,因此發展濕法回收鉛技術,除了可以從源頭解決火法冶煉回收鉛空汙的問題,更可以提升回收鉛的經濟價值。 本研究第一年計畫已發展特用濕法冶鉛製程,結合鉛膏浸漬與電解處理實驗室技術,使廢鉛蓄電池鉛膏能以較環境友善的方式回收鉛,並藉以兼具減廢效益,提高資源再生率,同時降低國內土地負荷與空污之環保成本。 第一年計畫研究三個廠取得之鉛膏鉛含量平均約76%,成分以一氧化鉛、二氧化鉛及硫酸鉛為主,因鉛膏直接以氟硼酸浸漬效果較差,本計畫利用15% NaOH 以固液比20 g/L對鉛膏進行浸漬,其浸漬率約60% ± 10%,電流2A下電解,總回收鉛達57.95%;浸漬完之未溶物經XRD鑑定為PbO2,可直接進行火法回收鉛或再進行固態電解回收剩餘鉛,因用NaOH浸漬完後鉛膏硫含量下降約86%,效果等同脫硫,且不用額外添加藥劑,再進行火法冶煉時,鉛膏已減量約60%且可大幅降低86%硫的汙染,同時可降低空汙處理設備的負擔以及水處理藥劑的使用。若剩下之未溶物進行固態電解回收鉛,則可使鉛膏完全以濕法方式回收鉛。

Hydrometallurgical technology of lead recycling from lead paste in waste lead-acid battery treatment

英文摘要 Pyrometallurgy is the traditional waste lead-acid battery treatment for lead recycling in the world. Due to the serious air pollution, and hazardous materials in this traditional treatment. We develop electro hydrometallurgy technology to recycle lead in our research. This project is first year of alkaline leaching process and electrolytic lead pilot plant experiment. In the next year, laboratory experiments have some results. Electricity costs are 2.6 Taiwan dollars per 1 kilogram of lead. In three lead recycling plants, more than 100 tons of 45 wt. % NaOH is used to neutralize the acid and air pollution treatment every month. There were no additional costs for alkaline leaching, and it would be neutralizer after use. It enlarged the main experiment 250 times in this project of pilot plant. 100 liter reactor was designed to improved hydrometallurgical processing technology of lead. The lead in the solution after alkaline leaching was recycled with electrolysis equipment and compared operating costs to Pyrometallurgy. It was expected to reduce almost 60% hazardous materials and 80% SOx emission. The operating costs of treatment in hydrometallurgy technology for 10 tons of lead paste per month are estimated. The investment recovery period of lead paste treatment is about 22.5 months. This technology will be the high value of investment and development.
