On September 25, 2015, The United Nations has adopted “the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda”, a blueprint for global sustainable development in the next 15 years, at the opening ceremony of UN Sustainable Development Summit. In order to provide assistance to the draft of Taiwan’s sustainable development goals, the project has collected information during the progress of the 2030 sustainable development agenda, and held experts’ advisory conferences and symposiums to summarize opinions from experts and the public. Besides, the project has issued the sustainable development newsletters and e-book to promote sustainable development. To understand the trend of the sustainable development indicators around the world, sustainable development indicators from two countries were chosen for the study. In accordance with the sustainable development indicators around the world and “The Future We Want”, the project gave suggestions to the Taiwan Sustainable Development Indicators. The project also published the report of “2014 Sustainable Development Indicator in Taiwan”.
