Basing on the previous political regulations, management course and current industrial waste purged status, the management system and the resulted problems, this project was to promote the mechanisms by proposing the future industrial waste management strategy, providing the phased performance tactics, the measures of implementation, and the processing schedule of the phased. With convening the conferences of the strategy experts, the industry competent authorities and environmental authorities, this project also provided the relevant recommendations and supporting measures. Considering the demand for industrial waste flow management, we studied the applications of intermestic industrial waste test methods such as leaching test, analyzed test methods and its standards related to Taiwan industrial waste flow management. Besides, with the research and analysis of the domestic west-industry and east- organism nutrient cycling link, we processed the friendly environmental designed demonstrative counseling, investigated the processing scenario of the domestic wastes from campus laboratory, published the annual industrial green technical report of year 2014, and facilitated the implementation of projects related to Environmental Science and Technology Park. Meanwhile, this project also inspected the operation of Environmental Science ＆ Technology Parks and helped Hualien Environmental Science ＆ Technology Park to make revitalized strategies. It purposed a linked promoted plan of the park as the center to promote the recycle of the industrial waste to achieve the goal of zero industrial waste.
