103-104年度毒性化學物質環境流布背景調查計畫(第二年)

中文摘要 本年度執行淡水河本流、大漢溪、新店溪、八掌溪、急水溪、曾文溪、高屏溪、林邊溪、花蓮溪、卑南溪等10條河川之底泥採樣及分析,檢測項目包含安殺番、六溴環十二烷、壬基酚及雙酚A、鄰苯二甲酸酯類物質、多溴二苯醚類物質、無機砷及有機砷,並針對歷年測值偏高之河川,包括客雅溪之壬基酚,蘭陽溪、新城溪、東港溪之六溴環十二烷,客雅溪及基隆河之多溴二苯醚類等進行單一測項底泥樣本分析。完成上列各項檢測分析,獲得1,896筆底泥樣本檢測數據。集結歷年河川調查檢測結果顯示,國內河川底泥安殺番總量平均濃度多落在0.01~0.2 ug/kg範圍,環境中濃度並不高,且與國外河川測值接近;六溴環十二烷總量平均濃度多落在2 ug/kg範圍,較國外河川環境測值低;多數壬基酚及雙酚A測值偏高的河川有降低趨勢,其中淡水河本流壬基酚濃度雖有逐年降低但仍較國內其他河川高;多數鄰苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)測值偏高的河川雖有降低趨勢,但淡水河本流、新店溪、南崁溪、鹽水溪、典寶溪、林邊溪平均濃度仍高於底泥品質指標下限值(增加檢測頻率值)1.97 mg/kg;南崁溪及整個淡水河系(自大漢溪、新店溪、基隆河等支流直至本流河段)底泥PBDEs總量皆較國內其他河川高;國內河川底泥三價砷測值皆遠低於總砷底泥品質指標下限值(增加檢測頻率值)。而在毒性化學物質環境流布調查之規劃,建議須優先進行環境流布調查的毒化物有22種。本年度並完成了「毒性化學物質環境流布調查資訊網站」資料維護,及查詢功能的調整與提升,以及「毒性化學物質環境流布調查成果手冊104年版」電子書編印及發行。

The Environmental Survey of Toxic Chemicals in Taiwan, 2014-2015 (II)

英文摘要 This project collected sediment samples from ten Taiwanese rivers (i.e. Danshuei River, Dahan River , Sindian River, Bajhang River, Jishuei River, Zengwun River, Gaoping River, Linbien River, Hualien River, and Beinan River) to determine concentrations of toxic substances such as endosulfan, hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD), nonylphenol (NP), bisphenol A (BPA), phthalate esters, polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), organic and inorganic arsenic. The investigation was also conducted for the rivers whose sediment contain high concentrations of toxic substances, such as NP in Keya River, HBCD in Donggang River, Lanyang River, and Shincheng River, PBDE in Keelung River and Keya River. A total of 1,896 analyzed data was collected. The results showed the concentrations of endosulfan in sediments were ranged from 0.01~0.2 ug/kg, which were similar to the measurements from other countries. The concentrations of HBCD were near 2 ug/kg, which were lower than the measurements from other countries. The concentrations of NP and BPA in most sediments were lower than the past measurements, but NP concentrations in Danshuei River still had the highest levels among 30 Taiwanese major rivers. The concentrations of di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) in the river sediments were decreased. The average DEHP concentrations in sediments from Danshuei River, Sindian River, Nankan River, Yanshuei River, Dian Bao River, Linbien River were still higher than 1.97 mg/kg (the lower limit of sediment quality in action, which means need to increase the monitoring frequency). The concentrations of PBDEs in sediments from Nankan River and the whole Danshuei River were the highest among 30 rivers. The concentrations of As3+ (arsenic) were much lower than the lower limit of sediment quality in action, which means need to increase the monitoring frequency. The future work on the environmental survey of toxic substances distribution was proposed and 22 priority toxic substances were suggested for environmental survey. “The database searching website for environmental distribution of toxic substances” was maintained and improved in searching functions. “The handbook of investigation achievements on the toxic substances distribution in Taiwan, version 2015” was edited and published as an e-book.
