The purpose of this plan is to assess the effectiveness of Soil and Groundwater Pollution Sites Administrative Management System and Authorization of Professional Engineers on Soil and Groundwater Pollution Sites Remediation Plans. We analyzed related data, paid on-site visits and held meetings to collect opinions from different interested parties. As the issued of if Professional Engineers should be Soil Pollution Assessment person in one case, or how the Authorization of Professional Engineers on Soil and Groundwater Pollution Sites Remediation Plans affecting the remediation plan. We invited Environmental Bureaus, Professional Engineers and Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation experts separately to collect their opinions. We also invited Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation experts to the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Sites in order to give them advises. Finally, we proposed a systematic checks for documents which signed by Professional Engineers.
