The results of implementing the project are as follows: 1.Assisting the national environmental education program and the action plan of review and revise, according the suggestion on the meeting to modify the program and examining in the executive yuan. The action plan has been elaboration and providing the program drafting content to discussion and revision by the organs. 2. The national education program has been discussion and revision on the national council. The environmental fun has been examining on the national fund management. Inviting units to share experiences on environmental education in the central policy council, so that the partner can accept different ideas to create multiple activities in the future. Representatives of local authorities discuss the environmental education projects content in the local policy council. The activities in energizing training have been teaching about the Environmental education information management system basic course and the number of hours declared, the training make the system operation would be smooth by the trainees. 3. Aggregating the achievement of 2012-2014 annual national environmental education action plan in Feb, in Nov has been verify and pass by the Executive Yuan after discussing and revising on the council. 4. The local environmental protection agencies’ performance assessment indicator and score criteria in 2015 is completed, and aggregating the written information and the group scores to the Environment Protection Administration(EPA). According the proposed on the local policy council to amendment the local environmental protection agencies’ performance assessment indicator and score criteria in 2016. 5. Assisting EPA to collected the local governments environmental education fund provision and application, most counties has stable source of funds. 6. Complete the field visits in 22 counties in May to Sep, the majority of suspected abnormal units are not actual abnormal situation, only a small numbers of units required counseling. 7. All the central competent authority have been with handled activities according the 13, 16, 19, 20 and 21 articles in environmental education law.
