104年度「友善城鄉環境推廣活動計畫」

中文摘要 為落實「去污保育護生態、清境家園樂活化」的環境政策,行政院環境保護署(簡稱環保署)在98至103年推動營造永續優質環境衛生計畫,推動「示範區的環境管理」制度,於104至107年接續推動「建構寧適家園計畫-營造友善城鄉環境」計畫,逐步達成14項環境衛生永續指標,提升全國生活品質、居家環境,一同打造永續環保的清淨家園。 而無論對於環保示範區或友善城鄉環境發展政策,為加強各項環境衛生推動成果的推廣,讓更多大眾認識城鄉環境之美,故此有了本計畫,本計畫透過辦理友善城鄉微旅行(巡禮)活動、攝影組圖競賽及成果音樂影片拍攝並推廣,來鼓勵民眾瞭解並親身體驗友善城鄉之美,喚起民眾注意自身居家生活品質,群起效尤共同提升環保意識之目的。 本計畫於活動參與成果上,友善城鄉微旅行活動計552人參加,共徵得1,262篇旅遊日誌;攝影組圖競賽計905人參加,共徵得2,605張作品,總計產出112位獎者總獎金達38萬元。於活動推廣上,活動網頁總瀏覽量超過十萬次,亦額外推出500杯免費咖啡的好康贈禮小活動,共計超過4,000人次參加。於環保示範區音樂影片成果上,嘗試許多首次操作方式,包含配樂與風潮音樂合作、景物拍攝應用空拍技巧、行銷透過Youtube及Google聯播平臺,影片自11月份上線至今,觀看人數已累計達67,630次。

英文摘要 The Environmental Protection Administration, Executive Yuan (EPA) established the plan for creation of high-quality sustainable environment from 2009 to 2014 for the environmental policy of “pollution removal and conservation for ecology, clean neighborhood for LOHAS life.”2015 to 2018 “Project for constructing a safe and comfortable homeland Projec“ is designed to achieve the 14 environmental sustainability indices and to improve the life quality and home environment in Taiwan. The project aims to promote the public understanding on the beauty of urban by introducing series of this projects, including Travelling in Environmental Friendly Urban District, Photography Competition, and Music Video Filming. People were encouraged to experience the beauty of model environment protection districts, pay attention to the quality of environment around their homes.Thus achieving the goal of concept promotion and improvement of environmental awareness by setting examples. The results of this program are as follows: total 552 people attend the Travelling in Environmental Friendly Urban District and the office have collected 1,262 journals; total 905 people attend the Photography Competition and 112 people are rewarded a total of 380,000 dollars. In addition, web page have visited over 100,000 times and the Free Coffee Giveaway event attracts more than 4,000 people to participate and give 500 cups of free coffee away. The office together with Wind Music operate the Music Video Filming by many newly adopted method, such as Aerial photography and Youtube and Google marketing. The film was available in November and the attendance is reaching 67,630.
