The goal of this program for this year was to improve the system’s management performance for response resource. By establishing the link between the response units with their storage facilities and the corresponding materials at these facilities in terms of types and quantity, the response resource was improved for data correctness and completeness. This year, the search function for permit management was incorporated into the new interface and a statistical function was added for oil transportation by sea, as to stay on top of the actual and permitted oil transportation. In addition, the ocean pollution inspection and punishment data were updated to allow data search for local administrations, inspection or punishment regulations, and the monetary punishment accumulation function was introduced. For the issue of drifting or bottom garbage in the ocean in recent year that catches much attention, the ocean garbage management interface was added to provide search and download for search for and download of statistical graphs.
For the part of system GIS platform, the locating function was established to search by address and database keywords.
