推動廢棄物資源再生料使用工程及驗證制度專案計畫

中文摘要 本計畫以推動廢棄物資源再生料於公共工程使用為核心,導入適材適所的資源化推動觀點,並輔以完善廢棄物資源再生料之供應商運管機制,以健全整理資源化使用管理體系。援此,本計畫工作內容主要涵蓋四部分:(一)研提再生料適切推動用途與策略:經調查國內大宗廢棄物資源再生料的資源化用途單一,為達多元資源化目標,以再發揮材料特性,經擇定電弧煉鋼爐碴及無機污泥進行深入的工程使用成效彙整,收斂出具市場性的推動方向與作為。(二)推動底渣資源化驗證制度:延續廢棄物資源再生料之使用管理目標,推辦底渣再利用機構之產品驗證制度試行作業,以回饋檢討所提制度之適宜性,並藉以進行輔導與推廣的工作,進而提高再利用機構之參與度與工程單位之認同感。(三)擴展底渣資源化用途:推動焚化底渣再生粒料納入「第02722章 級配粒料基層」及「第02795章 透水混凝土磚」等兩章篇規範編修草案及編撰相關應用技術手冊(四)建立資訊應用平台,以供各界底渣粒料工程應用資訊。

Project for Promoting Reuse Engineering and Verification System of Waste Renewable Materials

英文摘要 The purpose of this project is to promote the use of renewable waste materials in the public works as the core, and introduce the suitable resource utilization viewpoint, and complement the complete operation and management mechanism for the supplier of renewable waste materials, in order to strengthen the management system of renewable waste materials. Therefore, the working content of project mainly contains four parts: (1) Propose suitable use and strategy of renewable waste materials: Through investigating the reuse of renewable bulk waste materials, only single route is applied, in order to reach the goal of multiple reutilization routes and give play to the characteristics of material, the electric arc furnace slag and inorganic are selected for evaluating their engineering use deeply, and the marketable promotion direction and initiatives are converged. (2) Promote the verification system of renewable incineration bottom ash: Extend the management objective for the use of renewable waste materials, promote the trial operation for the product verification system of bottom ash reuse authority, in order to review the suitability of proposed system. Furthermore, through coaching and promoting work, raise the participation degree of reuse authority and the recognition sensation of engineering unit. (3) Expand the renewable use of bottom ash: Promote to involve the renewable aggregate of incineration bottom ash in “Chapter 02722 Substrate Layer of Aggregate Material” and “Chapter 02795 Water Permeable Concrete Brick” for the manuscript and application manual. (4) The information application platform is also established to provide the application information to various sectors.
