（ 一 ） There are 26,664 vehicles inspected by the
visual identification on emissions via photo shooting,
which achieves 111.1% of thetarget of the contract of the
plan; besides, there are 3,746 vehicles notified of that they
may result in pollution according to the
visual identification on emissions, which achieves 98.6%
of thetargeted number.
（ 二） We keep maintaining the picture searching function of the
visual identification on emissions, pictures reported by
citizens and video searching webpage for citizens to
conveniently search the pictures so as to achieve energy
saving and carbon reduction and for the convenience of
citizens.
（ 三） The total operation number of the license plate recognition
system is 6,220 vehicles, which achieves 103.7% of total
targeted number.
（ 四） Regarding the old vehicle inspection notification, we have
screen and notify the vehicles, 5,300 vehicles in total,
which fail to be inspected in recent years; 176.7% of the
targeted number is achieved.
（ 五） We have conducted the opacity rate test by dynamometer
for 4,664 vehicles in total, and the accomplishment rate is
111.0%; there are 568 vehicles which fail to pass the
opacity rate test; there are 439 vehicles in total that the
vehicles owners determine to test their vehicles by the
exhaust smoke test; there are 96 vehicles which fail to pass
the exhaust smoke test; consequently, there are 225
vehicles which fail to pass the tests and the final test
disqualification rate is 4.8%.
（ 六） We conduct a strict screening mechanism for the roadside
emission inspection; we conduct the opacity rate test for
436 vehicles; there are 327 vehicles which fail to pass the
opacity rate test and the disqualification rate is 75.0%;
there are 269 vehicles in total that the vehicles owners
determine to test their vehicles by the exhaust smoke test;
there are 59 vehicles which fail to pass the exhaust smoke
test; consequently, there are 117 vehicles which fail to
pass the tests and the final test disqualification rate is
26.8%.
（ 七） Regarding the vehicle test service in remote areas, we have
conduct 8 times of tests in Dongshan district, Guanmiao
district, Yujing district, Cigu district, Liujia district and
Danei district; we have conducted the opacity rate test for
298 vehicles; there are 37 vehicles which fail to pass the
tests and the final disqualification test rate is 12.4%.
（ 八） We have conducted the station test for 20 vehicles by
randomly sampling the oil tanks of the vehicles; besides,
we have conducted the roadside sampling test for 31
vehicles, so there are 51 vehicles in total which have been
sampled; the working progress is up to 102.2%; there is
only 1 vehicle which fails to pass the test, and we have
reported the disqualified vehicle to Environment
Protection Bureau.
（ 九） We have conduct the 1st promotion conference in Sinying
office of Environment Protection Bureau of Tainan City on
May 27, 2015; in addition, we have conducted the 2nd
promotion conference in Labor Recreation Center of
Tainan City in the afternoon on the same day; the targeted
accomplishment rate is 100%.
（ 十） We have finished 4 press releases and these press releases
have appeared in the newspaper; the targeted
accomplishment rate is 100%.
（ 十一） We have purchased 1000 pieces of promotion products and
printed 4000 pieces of promotion brochures; the targeted
accomplishment rate is 100%.
（ 十二） Assist companies to join the self-management operation;
there are 5 companies which have jointed the
self-management operation; the targeted accomplishment
rate is 100%.
（ 十三） We have conducted 1 praise activity for excellent
environmental protection department; besides, we also
have praised 5 environmental protection business
departments with great performance; the targeted
accomplishment rate is 100%.
（ 十四） We have conducted the internal inspection for one time per
month according to the requirements of the contract; the
targeted accomplishment rate is 100%.
（ 十五） We have submitted the seasonal quality assurance data of
January, April, July and October during the period of the
plan according to the requirements of the contract, and
then reported the data to Environment Protection Bureau
for future reference.
（ 十六）Regarding the accreditation of the TAF laboratory,
we have filed the applications to the TAF for adding the
opacity rate test item and annual monitoring assessment in
response to the implementation of the opacity rate test
method; further, we have accepted the extending
accreditation and the assessment inspection of the
committee member of the TAF on May 25, 2015 and have
made some modifications and responses according to the
opinions; we have obtained the certificate of the extending
accreditation on August 25.
（ 十七） In 2015, we have assisted the inspection maintenance
factory of Chang Yuan Motor Co., Ltd. To realize the test
ability; one repair technician has obtained the diesel
vehicle test license for the reading of the opacimeter
calibration test chip and the correlation comparison
operation; in addition, we also have invited the committee
member of Environment Protection Bureau to visit the
factory and conduct the assessment, and we successfully
pass the assessment; the statuses of the opacimemter
calibration and the correlation comparison are great; in
2016, we will also assist the inspection maintenance
factory to provide the test service for the vehicle owners
after maintenance.
（ 十八） We have executed the quality assurance and management
test for 15 times for each of the two test stations and
finished the control drawings, which shows the test ability
and inspection quality of each station are in good
condition.
（ 十九） After the result of the correlation test comparison of
Environment Protection Bureau, we understand the test
result of each of the test stations of Tainan City is very
close to the national average value, which shows the
correlation is quite good.
