104-105年公害蒐證調查技術諮詢服務(第1年)專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫透過縣市環保局之訪視、公害糾紛處理資訊系統資訊更新及公害糾紛案件登錄之管控機制、協助公害事件處理等工作項目，加強環保局及相關人員之事件處理資訊及應變能力，提高事件處理效益。本年度「104-105年公害蒐證調查技術諮詢服務(第1年)專案工作計畫」執行之工作項目如下: (一)本計畫已蒐集公害糾紛處理相關資源調查表單，並以假如分析法進行評估，且亦已完成六縣市環保局訪視行程。 (二)本計畫進行公害糾紛處理資訊系統既有資訊之維護更新，並新增公害糾紛處理流程相關單位、環境檢驗測定機構查詢，以及公害糾紛法律扶助專案工作計畫與遙測科技應用於公害糾紛處理專案計畫之歷年計畫連結。此外，本計畫已完成公害糾紛案件登錄之認定原則及管控機制之規劃。 (三)本計畫與各環保局保持密切聯繫，適時提供相關協助及資源，供環保局參考；另藉由分析歷年損害賠償成立案件，瞭解影響判決之關鍵，及不同受體之賠償計算方式；本計畫已於9月完成三場地方環保局說明會。 | ||

The Project Plan of Advisory Services for Public Nuisance and Evidence Examination Technology
| 英文摘要 | This project completed and planned several work items as follow: (1)Completed the public nuisance dispute processing related resources survey form, interviewed six local environmental protection bureaus and evaluated by the What-If analysis. (2)Completed the improvement plan of enhancing the public nuisance dispute information management system to cope with different user requirements. Added new functions, like public nuisance dispute process related units, environmental inspection agency, Legal Aid and Remote sensing Technologies Project. In addition, this project has been completed login principles and management of control. (3)This plan keeps in close contact with the environmental protection bureau, providing timely assistance and resources. By analyzing the cases to understand the impact factor of the judgment. Completed planning of several meetings—three seminars for local environmental protections bureaus in September. | ||
