During the interim report executing period (statistical period from January 1 to December 15, 2015), the data of levying, controlling and reducing pollutive emission of the construction projects were collected and analyzed, and the executed resulting information had been studied. Current results were summarized as followed:
1.The total submitted cases of the air pollution control fees filed at the starting and the completing of the construction project were 12,157 (at the starting 6,190, at the completing 5,844, at th exotic change 123). The total collected amount of the air pollution fees in the city was122,702,142 dollars, and 58.38% of the submitted air pollution fee cases were filed using the Internet.
2.Three trips of the remote control aircraft shooting at high altitude on the regional development areas had been performed. 11 major construction projects were counseled to lay straw and plan vegetation to control pollution and the total greened area was 412,831 square meters and was estimated to reduce PM10 particle emission up to 72.54 tons per year. The averaged conformity degree to the management practices was 90.85%, the average emission reduction rate was 62.06%, and the governed inspection rate was 76.14%.
3.The statistical construction site tribunal cases included: violating the management practices, 51 cases; polluting roads, 75 cases; incorrectly filing the air pollution fee, 14 cases; and the improved pollution, 140 cases, with an improving rate of 100%.
4.Regarding the construction and planning advocating work, 2 sessions to advocate pollution control, noise control, construction machinery, PM2.5 control, use of the Internet to file the air pollution fee had been given.
5.The general survey of statistics from construction equipment the excavation machine is the highest proportion for 75% of survey, non earthmoving equipment is concrete pump for 19.8%, when they using it 8 hours a day , is 48.54% of survey; construction vehicles for 65% is the highest proportion for used 10-20years.
6.The statistics has been the length of 5,277 kilometers of road survey work in progress, including A- grade road for 83.86%, B-grade roads for 16.14% and C-grade roads for 0%; this plan will focus on sections of B-grade roads, strengthen the cleaning and sweeping of operations, promote to A-grade.
