Besides, there are 140000 old two-stroke motorcycles in Taoyuan City. The emission from two-stroke motorcycles is 18 times the amount of the four-stroke ones. Therefore, this plan tries to make people eliminate old two-stroke motorcycles and use the low pollution vehicles. The main items are as follows:

(2) Handling the elimination of old two-stroke motorcycles: It includes screenings of applications for subsidies and appropriations.
