104年度嘉義縣節能減碳推動計畫

中文摘要 本計畫於2016 年3 月25 日開始執行,工作內容包括:辦理低碳有機飲食宣導 活動、辦理氣候變遷調適宣導活動、低碳生活區域研討會、登錄環保署『環保低碳活 動平台』、『Eco-Life 清淨家園顧厝邊綠色生活網』、『低碳永續家園資訊網』及『碳中 和登錄管理平台』以「自我確認」方式完成碳中和等七項,本報告書提出時已完成各 項工作進度如表1,執行成果說明如下: 一、辦理低碳有機飲食行動項目宣導推廣作業 以推廣健康蔬食、校園有機菜圃、有機飲食及戶外農場參訪等,已完 成10 場次宣導推廣活動,累計活動人數為1099 人,活動總碳排放量為 362.724 kgCO2e。因活動辦理有機菜圃種植體驗活動,菜苗種植數850 株, 減碳效益為536.25 kgCO2e、辦理低碳蔬食分享產生取代正餐之減碳效益, 527 人*0.78 kgCO2e /人=411.06 kgCO2e、不提供瓶裝水(桶裝茶或有機蔬果 汁)及不提供紙本資料,減碳效益為123.86 kgCO2e,落實攜帶環保餐具、 環保杯及其他,隨手關燈關水電腦、冷氣溫控26-28℃,減碳效益為合計 1405.56 kgCO2e,整體減碳效益約為2476.73 kgCO2e。 二、低碳生活區域研討會 已完成竹崎鄉龍雲休閒農場1 場次低碳生活區域研討會,總計活動參 於人數為32 人,活動總碳排放量302.26 kgCO2e。辦理低碳蔬食分享產生 取代正餐之減碳效益為24.96 kgCO2e,不提供瓶裝水之減碳效益、不提供 紙本剪報資料之減碳效益、不提供一次性餐具及不提供紙杯,減碳效益為 3.59 kgCO2e,落實隨手關燈關水關電腦、冷氣溫控26-28℃、攜帶環保餐 具、環保杯及其他,減碳效益為合計531.2 kgCO2e,本宣導活動之減碳效 益總計559.75 kgCO2e。 三、氣候變遷調適行動項目宣導推廣作業 以推廣國家氣候變遷調適政策綱領、戶外參訪濕地、綠繪本、水撲滿 等,已完成10 場次宣導推廣活動,總計活動參於人數為1109 人,活動總 碳排放量為997.56 kgCO2e。辦理低碳蔬食分享產生取代正餐之減碳效益, 321 人*0.78 kgCO2e /人=250.38 kgCO2e,不提供瓶裝水之減碳效益、不提 供紙本剪報資料之減碳效益、不提供一次性餐具及不提供紙杯,減碳效益 為124.32 kgCO2e,落實隨手關燈關水關電腦、冷氣溫控26-28℃、攜帶環 保餐具、環保杯及其他,減碳效益為合計2278.44 kgCO2e,本宣導活動之 減碳效益總計為2653.14 kgCO2e。 四、登錄環保署『碳中和登錄管理平台』以「自我確認」方式完成碳中和 已完成20 場活動之「碳中和管理平台」登錄(不包含低碳生活區域研 討會),活動碳排放量分別為低碳有機飲食宣導活動362.7248 kgCO2e 、低 碳生活區域研討會302.2647 kgCO2e 及氣候變遷調適宣導活動991.488 kgCO2e ,活動碳排總計1354.2128 kgCO2e,所採行各種碳中和措施之減碳 效益分別為低碳有機飲食宣導活動2476.73 kgCO2e 、低碳生活區域研討會 559.749 kgCO2e 及氣候變遷調適宣導活動2653.14 kgCO2e ,總計減少碳 排5129.87 kgCO2e,減碳量大於活動碳排放量,因此,各場次活動以自我 確認方式完成碳中和,另多餘的減碳效益3775.6572 kgCO2e,可供後續活 動完成碳中和。

2015 Chiayi County Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction Project

英文摘要 This project began on March 25, 2016. The related tasks include: low-carbon organic diet promotion events, climate change adaptation promotion events, one regional seminar on low-carbon life, registration on the "Low Carbon Activities Platform”, the "Eco-Life Network for Cleaner Neighborhoods", the "Low Carbon Sustainable Information System", and the "Carbon Neutral Management Website", as well as carbon neutralization through "self-evaluation." The completion progress of each task as of the time this report was submitted is shown in Chart 1. Details concerning the results are as follows: I. Low-carbon Organic Diet Promotion Events Ten related promotional events have been held, including: promotion events on healthy vegetarian diets, campus organic gardens, organic diets and outdoor farm visits, totaling 10 sessions with the attendance of 1,099 participants. The total carbon emission produced in these events is 362.724 kg of CO2e. As organic vegetable planting experience activities were held, 850 vegetable sprouts were planted, with a carbon-reduction amount of 536.25 kg CO2e. The carbon-reduction amount achieved through replacing full meals with low-carbon vegetarian diets, on the other hand, is 411.06 kg of CO2e (527 persons x 0.78 kg CO2e per person). Not providing bottled water (or tea barrels and organic juice) nor printed material, helped reduce carbon emission by 123.86 kg of CO2e. Through implementing the use of eco-friendly utensils, cups, etc., turning off lights, water taps and computers when they’re not in use, and keeping the air-conditioning temperature at 26-28℃, we saved 1405.56 kg of CO2e. This adds up to 2476.73 kg of CO2e carbon reduction in total. II. Regional Seminar on Low-carbon Life We held a regional seminar on low-carbon life at Long-Yun Leisure Farm in Zhuqi Township, with a total of 32 participants and a total carbon emission of 302.26 kg of CO2e. The carbon-reduction amount achieved by replacing full meals with low-carbon vegetarian diets is 24.96 kg of CO2e. Meanwhile, by not providing bottled water, or printed material, disposable utensils and paper cups helped reduce carbon emission by 3.59 kg of CO2e. By turning off lights, water taps and computers when they’re not in use, keeping the air-conditioning temperature at 26-28℃, and using eco-friendly utensils, cups, etc., the carbon emission was reduced by 531.2 kg of CO2e. This adds up to 559.75 kg of CO2e carbon reduction in total. III. Climate Change Adaptation Promotion Events With the central government's policies concerning climate change adaptation as the core, we visited wetlands, created picture books on eco-friendliness and water conservation “piggy banks”, and held a total of 10 promotional events, with a total of 1,109 participants and a total carbon emission of 997.56 kg of CO2e. The carbon-reduction amount achieved by replacing full meals with low-carbon vegetarian diets is 250.38 kg of CO2e (321 persons x 0.78 kg of CO2e per person). Meanwhile,by not providing bottled water, or printed material, disposable utensils and paper cups helped reduce carbon emission by 124.32 kg of CO2e. By turning off lights, water taps and computers when they’re not in use, keeping the air-conditioning temperature at 26-28℃, and using eco-friendly utensils, cups, etc., the carbon emission was reduced by 2278.44 kg of CO2e. This adds up to 2653.14 kg of CO2e carbon reduction in total. IV. Registration on the “Carbon Neutral Management Website” and Completing Carbon Neutralizing through “Self-Evaluation” A total of 20 events have been registered on the “Carbon Neutral Management Website” (not including the regional seminar on low-carbon life). The total carbon emissions produced in these events are: 362.7248 kg of CO2e for the low-carbon organic diet promotion events, 302.2647 kg of CO2e for the regional seminar on low-carbon life, and 991.488 kg of CO2e for the climate change adaptation promotion events, reaching an overall total of 1354.2128 kg of CO2e. The total carbon reduction amounts for each of these events, on the other hand, are: 2476.73 kg of CO2e for the low-carbon organic diet promotion events, 559.749 kg of CO2e for the regional seminar on low-carbon life, and 2653.14 kg of CO2e for the climate change adaptation promotion events, reaching an overall total of 5129.87 kg of CO2e, much higher than the amount of carbon that was produced. Therefore, all events in this project fit the criteria for carbon neutralizing through self-evaluation. A total of 3775.6572 kg of CO2e extra carbon has been saved, a quota which can be used in carbon neutralizing in future events.
