"2015 Electric Scooter Promotion and entrustment Operation Management Project in Kinmen County" had begun from Feb.-9-2015 to Dec.-31-2015. The main tasks include building-up the electric scooter rental service station and battery exchange station, carrying out rental service, promoting electric scooter, and other related tasks. The results as below:
1. Electric scooter running Location: Lieyu Township
(1)This project continued to maintain 100 electric scooters and 150 batteries.
(2)Rental Service station and battery exchange station:
In the tasks of rental service station, this project has completed the counter image transformation, installing four monitors, and improving commentary computerized facilities; in the tasks of battery exchange station, in addition to the rental station, this project also build-up 5 battery exchange stations, they are General Temple, Chaste Maiden Temple, Warrior Fort, Hujingtou War Museum and 7-11; and record the number of battery exchange.
(3)In the tasks of electric scooter rental, this project has completed the lease contract, coupons for electric scooter rental, and proposing a “planning report for electric scooter rental in Kinmen County”, above, they were agreed to implement by EPB; up to the end of December, there were 12,536 people rented, 11,909 coupons used, 2,336 people long-term rented, 117 people rented official vehicles, and 274 visitors rented from the B ＆ B.
(4) Promotion:
This project finished 1,000 promotional gifts, 1,067 questionnaires for visitors who rented electric scooter from electric scooter rental station, the Environmental Education Month advocacy, the touring Lieyu by riding electric scooter advocacy, and two promotion programs for electric scooters rental at the B ＆ B.
(5) Others:
Its tasks include insurance for staff and vehicles, proposing the number of the electric scooter rental, the battery exchange operational situation and records of vehicle maintenance and battery used monthly.
2. Electric Scooter operation plan of Low Carbon Environmental Education Center
(1).This project has finished a “planning report for electric scooter operation plan of low carbon environmental education center “and a tender document of rental space.
3. The rate of completions is 100%.
