104年嘉義市契約用戶(非企業)、社區節能改善輔導及公有建築節能示範或機關用電智慧監控行動項目實施專案計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本年度相關推動成果摘要說明如下： (一)與(ESCO)廠商合作，推動執行本計畫，落實節能減碳工作 (二) 102年~103年嘉義市接受節能診斷輔導或接受補助之單位共計72處，本年度各追踪2處次，其中21處為102年度受補助單位(受補助改善之措施持續執行維護中)，51處為節能診斷輔導單位(其中20處單位後續自行逐步進行節能措施之改善)，與未改善前相比，預估溫室氣體1年可減量258.729 ton CO2e。 (三)節能改善輔導說明會於104年10月19日辦理完成，共計59個單位參與。 (四) 補助節能改善申請項目，本年度共計25個社區及單位提出，所有單位皆於104年12月4日前完成所有節能改善作業，預估溫室氣體1年可減量約155.532 tonCO2e。 (五)針對有意願進行節能改善之單位媒合ESCO廠商進行節能改善工程，本計畫與22處單位進行節能改善工程評估及規劃，其中有4個單位媒合成功，並已簽屬合作意願書。 (六) 節能績效保證專案部分，已完成105年度2單位之申請書件。 (七)本年度行動項目認證項目主要推廣室內使用或汰換節能燈具，本行動項目認證專案於104年11月20日刊登於低碳永續家園資訊網。 (八)節能診斷改善輔導說明會，已於104年9月25日及10月21日假嘉創中心及長青園辦理完成，共計57個單位出席參與。 (九)節能診斷服務，已於11月3日完成20處節能診斷工作，並提送節能診斷報告書于各受診單位，各單位若依診斷建議落實節能改善方案、提升能源使用效率，預估每年減量每年可達206,811 tonCO2e。 (十)節能志工培訓課程，於104年9月24日假中油人力資源處訓練所辦理完成，對象為嘉義市環保志工，共計52位志工參與。 (十一)節能志工實務演練診斷，統計20場次，共35位節能志工參與診斷實務演練。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | This year the execution results of each task were as follows: (1) In cooperation with the Energy Services Company (ESCO) to promote mission of energy saving and carbon reducing. (2) Looking at 72 advised units in 2013 and 2014.This year to follow 144 times,21 of them were advised units in 2013(power saving related improvement works are ongoing),51 of them were units of power saving measures(20 of them carried out power saving related improvement works by themselves). The power saving after the improvement is totally reduced about 258.729 ton of CO2e. (3) Explanation sessions for power saving improvement assistance was held on Oct.19th, 2015, and total of 59 units involved (4) Providing funding to 25 neighborhoods for power saving related improvement work, all work was completed before Dec.4th, 2015 is totally reduced about 155.532 ton of CO2e. (5)Among the 22 units assisted by the Energy Services Company (ESCO) to carry out an evaluation on power saving improvement works, 4 of them having shown their willingness to have improvements on power saving after the consultation and have signed the power saving improvement project contract (6) Completed 2 application of Energy Saving Performance Contract of 2016’s (7) Low-Carbon life actions in this year are promoted to use or replace energy-saving lamps indoor. This item published in the Nov.20th, 2015 on Low Carbon Sustainable Information System. (8) Explanation sessions for power saving diagnosis and consultations works has held on Sep.25th, 2015 and Oct.21st, 2015 in CHIAYI INDUSTRY INNOVATION AND RESEARCH CENTER and JHANG JING YUAN, and total of 57 units involved. (9) Power saving diagnosis and consultations works were completed 20 units on Nov.3rd, 2015. According to on-site power saving evaluation results, advised units are provided with a power saving evaluation report with suggested improvements, totally reduced about is about 206,811 ton CO2e. (10) Training for power-saving volunteers has held on Sep.24th, 2015 in CPC Training Center, and total of 52 volunteers involved. (11) Power-saving volunteer’s energy saving diagnosis drills was totally 20 activities held and the number of participants was 35. | ||
