The project content can be divided into 13 major items, such as following.
1. Website update and maintain
Aggregated relevant information to assist website update 12 months.
2. Groundwater Sampling and analysis
According to the contract, implemented 10 groundwater monitoring wells sampling and analysis.
3. Soil Sampling and analysis
According to the contract, implemented 50 Soil sampling and analysis.
4. Quality of Farm Soil monitoring
This project implemented 20 Soil Heavy metal sampling and analysis, including Hu-Nei, A-lien, Da-liao and Cishan District, and the pollution potential and quality of agricultural land in Gang-shan, Da-liao, Niao-song and A-lien districts.
5. Groundwater monitoring of Illegal Dumping Site
26 groundwater monitoring wells at 7 Illegal Dumping Site in Kaohsiung were monitored during period (Mar 2016). The results of groundwater VOCs and heavy metals sampling is under Pollution Control standard.
6. Sediment monitoring of Hou-Jin River.
12 heavy metals sediment monitoring were implemented at Mar 2016 and Aug 2016. The results showed that heavy metal limits of the sediment over the quality of Cu, Ni, Zn.
7. Emergency Response for Soil Groundwater or sediment
Emergency object were 5 sites in Kaohsiung. Emergency item is 1.2 million, this item expenditures reached 1.22 million, implement rate is 102%.
8. Underground Storage Tank Regularly inspected and online declaration
According to “Groundwater Pollution Preventing Facilities and Monitoring Equipment of Underground Storage tank”, implemented 291 Underground Storage tank inspected and online declaration.
9. Application Files of Articles 8 and 9 of the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act reviewed
According to “Articles 8 and 9 of the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act”, implemented 99 companies soil investigation files.
10. Soil and Groundwater Legal advice and lawsuit
6 legal advice and 6 lawsuit were implemented.
11. Soil and Groundwater Education and Training
6 times Soil and Groundwater Education and Training were implemented.
12. The supervision and management of pollution sites and the implementation of performance
This project carries out a site depth check at May 2016 and Jun 2016.Notification of the date of selection of 21 sites, conduct in-depth and audit work at each site.
13. Others project matters
Other matters included document information file,providing vehicle , promotional items , Soil and Groundwater Regulations and so on.
