The project execution period is from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015. The project is divided into major parts: clean air zone, bare lands and related coordination about greening subsidies and afforestation. The clean air zone working items include on-site inspection, adoption promotion, plant health check, adoption billboard renovation and conducting concert. The bare land working items are inspection affairs, improvement guidance, afforestation of industries and factories. In addition, there are items such as coordination related to greening subsidies and afforestation.
Most of the working items are processed in accordance with the planning schedule of the work proceeding and meet the set schedule. There are only four items that do not meet the set goals due to other factors and the achievement rate of the project work quantitative target is 94.6％. The major aims of clean air zone focus on the subsequent maintenance management and utilization rate advancement. We have completed the following events, including 276 on-site inspections, 35 plant health checks, 3 illustration meetings of adoption promotion, 6 adoption contract subscriptions of clean air zones, 1 clean air zone concert, the annual competitions and the awarding ceremony. As far as the bare lands, the aims are mainly about on-site inspection, the bare land inventory within 3 kilometers surrounding air pollution monitoring stations and the follow-up improvement guidance under surveillance an controls. There are 747 on-site inspections, improvement guidance for 34.01 hectares bare lands, factory afforestation for 1.399 hectares completed. For the part about greening subsidies and afforestation, we have executed 57 on-site inspections, 13.1 hectares on-site land surveys and planning. We also organized meetings and educational training programs accordingly.
