This project carried out from February 26th, 2015 to December 31st, 2015. The main job included reviewing and revising the management regulations by tracking information from the public and private waste clearance and treatment organization and formulating the management regulations of technical personnel of waste disposal. The other subject focused on the conducting inspection of used cooking oil which had big problem with clearance in this two years and assisted to collect and organize the results from the project of surveillance and consultation with cleaners of used cooking oil. Meanwhile, this project also drafted the measure of clearance problem for used cooking oil.
Besides, for the problems of industrial waste as sludge or waste solvent, this project had conducted the capacities analysis and support the possible strategy. Conducted inspection and provide technical guidance for 10 public and private waste clearance and disposal organizations. Because the standards of scrutiny were not the same from each local government, this project had draft three guides of the public and private waste clearance and treatment organization permit under scrutiny to be the reference for the local government.
For improving communication between EPA and the public and private waste clearance and treatment organization, this project finished several subjects as holding 3 seminars and meetings, compiling the magazine for waste clearance and treatment, collecting and organizing the regulations of clearance and treatment organization in five years. Besides, it also collected the operating circumstances of clearance and treatment organization overseas to be the reference of investment.
