106年全國社區大學氣候變遷調適教育推廣專案工作計畫

中文摘要 社區大學全國促進會致力於推廣全面性的氣候變遷調適教育,在計畫目標上,提出社區為本位、行動為導向的推廣策略,並以近年國際倡議之方法「以社區為本的氣候變遷調適策略」(Community-based adaptation to climate change,CBA)做為長期願景及實踐的方向。 推動策略上,籌組「跨領域專家學者顧問小組」、「課程、教案、講師及行動方案輔導小組」,確立核心方向到支持在地發展系統;同時,規劃4小時氣候變遷調適教育活動、30小時氣候變遷調適教育課程,在全臺灣的社區大學打造以調適行動為主的CBA學習中心,今年同樣由臺北文山社區大學、宜蘭社區大學、新北市永和社區大學、臺中文山社區大學、臺南曾文社區大學發展續航計畫,在社區發展因地制宜的氣候變遷調適教育;此外更於氣候變遷調適教育課程工作坊邀請不同領域的專家學者,帶領各校釐清長期以來深耕、關注的議題如何聚焦於氣候變遷及以社區為本的氣候變遷調適策略上,並透過二場CBA建構工作坊作為社區大學之培力,透過PCVA、社區防災與環境藝術,帶領大家思考未來課程規劃、議題發展。 有感於執行計畫以來合作對象多侷限於社區大學內部,因此成果展透過親近大眾的藝術呈現轉化社大的氣候變遷調適成果與整體氣候變遷議題,並藉此與他者對話,以創意的方法引起更多人關注土地問題。同時亦透過拍攝紀錄片、環境公民記者徵件,向大眾推廣氣候變遷調適環境教育。

National Community Universities’ Climate Change Adaptation Education Project(2017)

英文摘要 Committed to promoting a comprehensive climate change adjustment education, the National Association for the Promotion of Community University (NAPCU) proposes community-based, action-oriented promotion strategies for the plan objectives as well as community-based adaptation to climate change (CBA) approach in recent years as a long-term vision and practice. In terms of promotion strategy, an “interdisciplinary expert and consultant team” and a “curriculum, lesson plans, lecturers and action programs counseling team” are set up to ensure our core directions to be supported by local development systems. Meanwhile, 4-hour climate change adaptation education activities and 30-hour climate change adjustment education courses are drafted and adaption-adjustment based CBA learning centers are created in the community universities around Taiwan. This year, Wenshan Community College, Yilan Community College, Yonghe Community College of New Taipei City, Wenshan Community College of Taipei City, and Tsengwen District Community College continued developing actions plans and developed climate change adaptation education based on local conditions. In addition, experts and scholars of different disciplines are invited to lecture at climate change adaptation workshops, leading the schools to resolve how to focus on climate change and community-based climate change adaptation strategies, an issue of concern that has been working for a long time. Also, as the main forces of the community colleges, the two CBA construction workshops led the public to think of future curricular planning and topic development. It feels that the cooperation targets of the plan execution were mostly limited to the internal staff of the community colleges, the organizations of achievement exhibitions could got closer to the public in an artistic way, which could transform the achievements of the community colleges in terms of climate change adaptation and the overall theme of climate change and could also communicate with others in a more creative way, attracting more people to focus on this land issue. At the same time, with the recording of documentaries and work collection of civil journalists, the education of climate change adaptation has been promoted to the general public.
