永續物料管理指標檢討與環境衝擊估算及資料庫功能提升專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本(105)年度計畫執行期程自4月26日起至12月31日止，本年度之主要工作包含建立由8名永續物料管理相關專長所組成的智庫團隊，目的在於協助永續物料管理制定政策、宣傳及執行計畫，同時計畫也規劃跨部會會議，是為了執行永續料管理法規與措施形成共識。 這個計畫熱點是發展一套關鍵物料篩選原則，而這原則是針對關鍵物料扮演監測工具，本(105)年有30項關鍵物料是利用這一套關鍵物料篩選原則篩選出來的，而其中前10項，將會做為最優先管理之物料。除此之外，這個計畫也針對關鍵物料「銅」的資源使用效率進行40家業者的調查，同時完成了「銅」的資源使用效率報告及環境影響分析結果。 為了要推動永續物管理邁向循環經濟，這個計畫規劃了赴德國及荷蘭進行了建立臺灣循環型社會的參訪，這個計畫更進一部的辦理「第四屆永續物料管理國際研討會」及諮商會議，加強國際合作。最後也是最重要的部分，這個計畫在永續環境研究國際期刊刊登了專文，說明了永續物料管理資料庫應用提供國家最佳範例。 | ||

The project for review of Sustainable Materials Management (SMM) indicator, development of environmental impact assessment, and improvement of the database application functions.
| 英文摘要 | This project carried out from April 26th to December 31st, 2016. The main job include establishing a think thanker composed of 8 experts in sustainable materials management. The purpose of think thanker is to assist the sustainable materials management in policy-making, promotion, and program action. The project also initiate cross-ministerial meetings to get the concensus of enacting sustainable materials management regulatory and measures. The hotspot of the project is to develope the "Critical Material Screening Principles" which plays a monitoring tool on critical materials. This year, 2016, there are 30 critical materials under the "Critical Material Screening Principles" has been screened and top 10 of them will be taken as the first priority materials to be managed. In addition, the project also investigates 40 industries in the resource efficiency of critical materials, copper and complete the resource efficiency report and environmental impact analysis result. In order to make sustainable material management towards to a circular economy, the project plans a study tour on building up a circular society in Taiwan to Germany, the Netherlands. Furthermore, following up the study tour, the project has organized the Fourth International Conference on Sustainable Materials Management and Counsultation Meeting to enhance the international cooperation. The last but most important is the project has published an article on International Journal of Sustainable Environment Research of the country best practices by applying sustainable materials management database. | ||
