Environmental education refer to the adaptation of educational means by which to
culminate the citizens to understand their ethnical relationship to the environment, enhance the citizens’ environmental protection awareness, skills, attitudes and values, and steer the citizens to emphasize the environment and adopt actions to achieve a civility education process that harbors sustainable development. Environmental education requires long-term and sustained implementation, combined with the government, schools, communities and the public to implement on public participation, increase the identity in citizen, and enhance environmental education quality.
This project consists of the following missions: (1)Environmental education advisory
group, (2)Certification of environmental education facilities and environmental education entities, (3)Certification of environmental education personnel, (4)Environmental seminars,(5)Explanation session for E-learn of environmental education, (6)Meetings ofenvironmental education law and its sub-law, and check operations, (7)EnvironmentalEducation Award selection, and results published and winning records, (8)Expansion and maintenance of Environmental Education Information Web, (9)Environmental education training courses, (10)Community environment survey and renovation project counseling and related activities plan check, (11)Opening and drawing prizes of Environmental Education Lifelong Learning Passport. Through the promotion of the implementation of these projects will improve environmental ethics and responsibility of national people, maintain balance of environmental ecology, respect life, in order to achieve sustainable development.
