105年臺中市低碳永續家園運作體系與執行成效管考計畫
| 中文摘要 | 臺中市政府環境保護局為打造臺中成為低碳永續家園，近年來推動許多相關計畫與措施，使臺中邁向令人嚮往的幸福城市，逐步符合節能低碳概念之城市之發展願景。低碳永續家園運作及成效管考計畫主要為配合行政院環境保護署推行低碳永續家園認證與評等制度，將低碳永續家園透過由下至上之推行方式，推廣至各社區、里、區、臺中市與中部生活圈。 本團隊與臺中市環保局密切合作，共同執行105年臺中市低碳永續家園認證與評等制度。對內，透過跨機關與技術小組會議，匯集各機關與專家學者之力量，加強臺中市低碳永續家園相關實力；對外，召開29區代表推動小組會議，舉辦跨區聯合說明會，並實際輔導區里，為區里人員說明制度內容、邀請其參與評等，並協助各項文件撰寫與上傳。 此外本計畫也負責協助中部生活圈各項行動項目成果及認證項目管考事宜，並維護臺中市低碳永續家園相關網頁，使民眾瞭解低碳永續家園之相關資訊，以達到永續之願景。 | ||

Project for Operation and Evaluating Implementation Efforts of Taichung City Low-Carbon and Sustainable Homeland in 105 year.
| 英文摘要 | In order to build Taichung as a low carbon sustainable homeland, the Environmental Protection Bureau, Taichung City Government has recently promoted many relevant plans and measures, which make Taichung to go towards a yearned blissful city for the people, and progressively meet with the concept of energy saving and low carbon of developing vision of the city. The project on the operation and the control and assessment of the efficacy has mainly coordinated with the authentication and rating systems of low carbon sustainable homeland promoted by Environmental Protection Administration, Executive Yuan. The low carbon sustainable homeland has been promoted to each community, village, district, Taichung City, and central living circle of Taiwan through the promotion mode of from bottom to top. Our working team has closely cooperated with Taichung Environmental Protection Bureau, and then we have mutually conducted the authentication and rating systems of low carbon sustainable homeland of Taichung City in 2016. Internally, we have collected each organization’s and expert’s as well as scholar’s forces through the cross-organization’s and technical team’s meetings, strengthening the relevant strength of low carbon sustainable homeland of Taichung City. Externally, we have convened the meetings of promoting team of 29 district representatives, and have held cross-district joint seminar. Additionally, we have actually assisted the districts and villages on the explanation of system contents to the personnel, their invitation for participating rating, and the assistance of writing and uploading of each item of document. Besides, we have been responsible for assisting the control and assessment of the results of each action item and authentication item in central living circle of Taiwan. Furthermore, we have been maintaining the relevant web page of low carbon sustainable homeland of Taichung, making the people’s understanding of the relevant information regarding to low carbon sustainable homeland, and then achieving the sustainable vision. | ||
