環境低頻噪音及振動之調查及改善措施研究專案研究計畫
| 中文摘要 | 環保署近年來針對環境振動進行國內外資料蒐集及現場量測工作，為完備環境保護工作，期能建立相關背景資料，瞭解國內現行環境振動現況及參酌國際上其他國家之管制或規劃情形，作為我國未來制定振動管制法規之參考。在本計畫中就法規面蒐集國外與環境振動有關之法規內容、管制對象、管制標準及管制情形，並研擬管制對象及管制期程之建議、相關管制策略建議。就實地量測部分共執行42 處工廠及營建工程引致之環境振動量測，在該場所周界量測，依現場調查研析結果，瞭解各場所與不同標準之符合情形，與國外相關振動管制標準或規範研析比較，並研提工廠及營建工程之環境振動管制建議值。另針近鄰低頻之問題，則研擬我國環境振動及近鄰低頻管制對象及管制期程。 | ||

Investigation of Environment Low-frequency Noise and Vibration and Research Project for Improvement Measures.
| 英文摘要 | The environmental vibration is a part of environmental protection goal in Taiwan. The EPA put in many studies for data and references collection, field measurement, to develop the vibration control regulations in the future. In this study, we collected and proposed some environmental vibration control suggestions, from the regulatory content, control aim, control standards and regulation situation of other countries. This study also completed boundary vibration measurement for 42 factories and construction sites. And compared the measurement results of field investigation to other countries standards and analyzed. Besides, the study proposed how to control and reduce the low-frequency. | ||
