The execution duration of this project is from September 10th, 2016 to September 9th, 2017.The final results of this project were separately introduced as the following:
1.The total operation permits are 541 and the approbating emission are 2,863.693 ton of particulate matters, 11,751.486 ton of sulfur oxide, 18,991.079 ton of nitrogen oxide and 4,520.046 ton of volatile organic compounds.
2.No.6 Naphtha Cracker Complex acquire 173 operation permits and the approbating emission are 1,770.403 ton of particulate matters, 10,542.951 ton of sulfur oxide, 17,102.963 ton of nitrogen oxide and 3,649.165ton of volatile organic compounds.
3.To inspect application strictly for using coal and petroleum cokes, 12 operation permits are approbated and the air pollution amount of 199.799 ton of particulate matters, 3,107.337 ton of sulfur oxide, 3,107.337 ton of nitrogen oxide are cut down.
4.21 factories acquire “Easy to cause air pollution material’s permit“, the approbation work capacity of coal are 14,329,962 tons/year, the used amount in 2016 are 13,015,954.67 tons.
5.Totally inspect 60 operation permits, 22 cases of emission declaration are wrong, and 5 factories have to pay the penalties for violating laws.
6.To investigate 229 factories, 111 (48%) registered factories, 99 (43%) of unregistered factories, 14 (6%) temporary registered factories and 5 other organizations. After the inventory has been shut down factory clearance 50, the 5 new-added controlled.
7.8 plants 37 discharge pipes has been set and complete the connection of the CEMS facilities; a total of 12 plants set up 42 flare, including the ground waste gas combustion tower 11 and overhead exhaust combustion tower 31, have been completed waste gas flow connection, but 7 plants 8 sets should be set up online components analysis and monitoring equipment are not connected.
8.In the second quarter of 2017, 484 factories have to pay air pollution control fee, and the total amount of sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides fee in 2016 was NT$ 113.88 million and 5,593 and the amount of volatile organic compounds fee was NT$ 90.44 million and 6,472, total fee are NT$ 2,353,660,065.
9.The list of four air pollutant emissions in Yunlin County is 1,654.09 ton / year for particulate matters, 5,854.12 ton / year for sulfur oxides, 15,381.5 ton / year for nitrogen oxides and 4,601.39 ton / year for volatile organic compounds.
