105年度花蓮縣移動污染源稽查管制暨執行停車怠速熄火宣導及管制計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本縣機車到檢率已達近7成，一般路邊攔巡查作業多於車輛流動較大之路段，故效率已漸漸變差，未來將安排朝向小路及不常巡查之大樓，找出未到檢車輛進行通知作業；另推廣偏鄉到檢觀念仍不甚理想，106年編列2部移動式定檢站，在執行時間、數量較為寬裕時，應針對未曾排定之偏遠村落、鄉里進行服務及廣播周知，提升本縣到檢率；為提升各鄉到檢率，車牌辨視系統多擺放於到檢率較低之鄉鎮進行辨視及通知到檢，故在花蓮市、吉安鄉及新城鄉擺放時間較往年減少，故三鄉鎮到檢率有下滑趨勢，因三鄉鎮車輛數量較多，故提升到檢輛數成果較為有效，未來車辨地點仍應將三鄉鎮列入。 | ||
