105年度雲林縣低碳永續家園運作體系及執行成效管考計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫執行期程自105年3月22日至105年11月30日止，依據計畫預定進度及查核點之工作內容，茲將量化成果說明如下： １.雲林縣「技術與資訊諮詢小組」會議，已辦理3場次。 ２.舉辦低碳永續家園認證評等說明會，已辦理3場次，累計參與人數為273人次。 ３.輔導與協助村里社區參與低碳永續家園認證評等（入圍），今年已協助80處完成入圍（如斗六市成功里等）。 ４.輔導與協助鄉鎮市參與低碳永續家園認證評等（入圍），今年已協助6處完成入圍（林內鄉、古坑鄉、莿桐鄉、虎尾鎮、大埤鄉及崙背鄉）。 ５.輔導與協助村里社區參與低碳永續家園認證評等（銅級），今年已協助13處取得銅級評等（虎尾鎮三合里、虎尾鎮北溪里、虎尾鎮埒內里、古坑鄉新庄村、古坑鄉麻園村、大埤鄉嘉興村、莿桐鄉埔子村、虎尾鎮堀頭里、古坑鄉華南村、大埤鄉西鎮村、莿桐鄉興桐村、莿桐鄉麻園村、林內鄉重興村）。 ６.輔導與協助鄉鎮市參與低碳永續家園認證評等（銅級），今年已協助4處取得銅級評等（林內鄉、古坑鄉、莿桐鄉、大埤鄉）。 ７.輔導社區推動執行行動項目，已完成15處社區推動行動項目，並將執行成效轉換為認證專案並登載於「低碳永續家園資訊網」。 ８.製作減碳宣導品，已購置300份（蜂王環保洗衣粉700g/盒）。 ９.完成101及103年雲林縣行政轄區溫室氣體盤查清冊及報告書，並分析101-103年排放趨勢變化與原因，已完成盤查報告書乙式。 | ||

The plan of Yunlin County Low-carbon sustainable operations and effectiveness assesses in 105 year
| 英文摘要 | The project execution period was from March 22 to November 30, 2016. According to the project contents of scheduled progress and inspection points, the execution results were quantified and illustrated as the followings: 1. To organize 3 meetings of “Technology and Information Advisory Team” of Yunlin County. 2. There were 3 illustration meeting for Low Carbon and Sustainable Homeland Accreditation and Grating organized and a total of 273 participants attended. 3. To guide and to assist the villages and communities to participate the Low Carbon and Sustainable Homeland accreditation (Bronze Grade). The project has assisted 80 cases to be able to compete as finalists, such as Chenggung Village, Douliu City in 2016. 4. The project has provided guidance and assistance for villages to participate for the Low Carbon and Sustainable Homeland accreditation (as finalists). We have assisted 6 villages to compete as finalists, including Linnei Township, Gukeng Township, Citong Township, Huwei Township, Dapi Township and Lunbei Township. 5. To guide and to assist villages and communities to participate the Low Carbon and Sustainable Homeland accreditation (Bronze Grade). There were 13 success cases that have awarded as Bronze Grades this year. (Sanhe Village, Beixi Village and Funei Village in Huwei Township, Xinchuang Village and Mayuan Village in Gukeng Township, Jiaxing Village in Dapi Township, Putzu Village in Citong Township, Juetou Village in Huwei Township, Huanan Village in Gukeng Township, Xicheng Village in Dapi Township, Xintong Village in Citong Township, Mayuan Village in Citong Township and Chongxin Village in Linnei Township). 6. We have assisted and guided several towns in Yunlin County to participate the accreditation for Low Carbon and Sustainable Homeland. There were 4 cases successfully obtained the Bronze Grade gratings, including Linnei Township, Gukeng Township, Citong Township and Dapi Township. 7. To assist communities to promote action events for 15 occasions and to transform the implementations into accreditation projects to be able to registered as the success cases in the “Low Carbon Sustainable Information System”. 8. To design and to manufacture propaganda materials. We have prepared 300 items for promotion events (Queen Bee Eco-Friendly Detergent 700g/box). 9. To complete 2012 and 2014 Greenhouse Gas Emission Inventory and Report of administrative divisions in Yunlin County. We have analyzed the changes and reasons of trends for gas emission between 2012 and 2014. The Inspection Report about the project has been completed. | ||
