105年度綠色消費推廣專案工作計畫

中文摘要 本計畫共包含四大工作重點,綠色消費宣傳及綠色採購推動專案計畫,為鏈結政府機關、民間企業及團體、社區志義工、學校、商店、餐飲業、旅宿業、婚禮業等對象設計出之多元化宣導與執行規劃之推動計畫,以鼓勵民眾優先選購具有環保標章的綠色商品或服務為目的,落實生活簡約原則,實現綠色生活的概念,達到環境保護之效益。本計畫之重要工作效益包括: (一)完成48家綠色商店業者綠色行銷力評鑑,共表揚績優綠色商店業者14家。 (二)完成35家星級環保餐館評鑑,共表揚績優星級環保餐館業者7家。 (三)完成37家環保旅店評鑑,共表揚績優環保旅店業者14家。 (四)環保旅店家數達961家,較去年成長約14.01%;星級環保餐館家數達351家,較去年成長約12.14%。 (五)連鎖型綠色商店共計有11,037家、非連鎖型綠色商店共計有978家,共新增444家,綠色產品販售金額達47億元。 (六)綠色婚禮產業鏈業者共計有303家,完成綠色婚禮的新人共計有21對。 (七)共印製7,100張「環保產品線上採購網」宣傳海報,張貼前後總交易金額成長超過1倍。 (八)完成綠色生活與消費宣傳講座共7場次,參與人數達393人。 (九)結合環保標章廠商辦理宣傳活動,共計有4,350人次參與,共抽出60名中獎者。 (十)參與兩場次旅展,透過問卷調查98%以上的民眾願意於旅遊期間兼顧環保作為,94%以上的觀展民眾表示對攤位的設計與提供資訊表示滿意。 (十一)表揚104年度執行綠色採購績優之單位,共計16處機關、70處民間企業與團體及19處綠色商店接受表揚,並於電子媒體露出32則。 (十二)拍攝環保標章宣傳影片1部,透過3家無線電視臺及56家有線電視臺於公益頻道播放,宣傳擴散效益達590萬人次。 (十三)完成30場次機關綠色採購訪查,結果顯示共有23個機關明顯提升成績。 (十四)完成30場次機關綠色採購實務教育訓練,共4,056人次參與,較去年成長約21.62%。

105 year Green Consumer Promotion Project

英文摘要 The four key points of this project are as below, 1.Green consumption advertisement and green procurement promotion plan. 2.The diversified promotion plan and execution designed for government agencies, private enterprises and groups, community volunteers, schools, stores, catering industry, Travelodge industry, wedding industry etc. 3.The encouragement of green products or services selection with green label for consumer is to implement the principle of simple life. 4.The concept of green life is accomplished. The benefit of environmental protection can be reached. The results of this project are as below, 1.Completion of green marketing strength evaluation for 48 green stores. 14 green stores were praised with good performance. 2.Completion of evaluation for 35 star grade green restaurants. 7 start grade green restaurants were praised with good performance. 3.Completion of evaluation for 37 green hotels. 14 green hotels were praised with good performance. 4.There were 961 green hotels and 351 star grade green restaurants. The grow-up ratio was approximate 14.01% and 12.14% respectively compared to last year. 5.There were 11,037 chain green stores and 978 non-chain green stores. 444 green stores were newly built. The sales volume of green products was up to 4.7 billion Yuan. 6.There were 303 green wedding industry players. Totally, 21 couples completed green wedding. 7.The posters of “Green Product Online Procurement Website” had been printed and posted over 7,100 pieces. The total business transaction amount was grown up double. 8.There were 7 green life and consumption promotion lectures had been completed. Totally, 393 persons participated in these lectures. 9.The campaign of green mark promotion had been completed. Total 4,350 persons had participated in this campaign. 60 persons of them were luckily drawn. 10.There were two travel fairs had been participated. From the investigation results of visitors, more than 98% of the respondents are willing to protect the environment during travel, and more than 94% is satisfied with the booth design and information provide. 11.Totally, 16 government agencies, 70 private enterprises and groups, and 19 green stores were praised with green procurement in the year of 2015. The information of award were revealed on 32 different e-media. 12.The promotional film about green mark was shot and broadcasted to more than 5.9 million audiences on 3 radio stations and 56 cable TV stations. 13.There were 30 governments agencies have been accomplished the inspection for green procurement. The results of inspection showed the obvious improvement had been done in 23 government agencies. 14.There were 30 government green procurement practice educations and trainings had been completed. Totally, 4,056 persons had participated in training course. The grow-up ratio was approximate 21.62% compared to last year.
