105年度花蓮縣紙錢減量及祭祀不燒金推廣計畫

中文摘要 1、建立轄內紙錢燃燒單位資料庫。 2、中元節期間，張貼紙錢減量宣導海報共計80張。 3、中元節期間平面媒體刊登20日。(8月8日至8月27日共20日) 4、中元節期間委託2電台(燕聲廣播電台、希望之聲)，每日各播放5則語音託播，各播放30日，共計330檔次。(7月25日至9月1日) 5、辦理6場次紙錢減量宣導說明會及1場次期末感恩茶會。 6、推廣縣內84處無環保金爐之寺廟參與中元節集中焚燒。 7、建立99處(公務部門14處、寺廟27處、住商37處及大廈21處)中元節紙錢集中收集系統。 8、中元節期間於燕聲廣播電台辦理紙錢減量專訪1場次，於8月3日進行播放。 9、委託本縣13鄉、鎮公所於中元節期間(8月2日至9月1日共31日)清潔車沿街進行紙錢減量語音託播。 10、製作宣導品共計900份。 11、製作「功德福田米」及疏文各1,000份。 12、製作紙錢專用紙袋及平安封條2,500份。 13、紙錢集中送至環保金爐焚燒共計29.026噸。 14、本縣共計17個單位配合「以功代金」，捐贈物資3,757份，份以500元計算，捐助金額約187萬8500元，以購買300元/3.5公斤紙錢量計算，約可減少購買21.91公噸紙錢量。 15、本縣共計20個單位配合捐贈白米，共捐贈30,506公斤白米予慈善團體，每公斤白米以60元計算，金額約183萬0360元，以購買300元/3.5公斤紙錢量，約可減少購買21.35公噸紙錢量。 16、本縣共計5,416人次進行網路普渡，每人紙錢焚燒量以2.5公斤計算，可減少13.54公噸紙錢焚燒。
