105-109年度新竹市清潔車輛裝置濾煙器運行維護計畫

中文摘要 新竹市環境保護局著眼於空氣品質改善與移動污染源管制,特規劃辦理「105-109年度新竹市清潔車輛裝置濾煙器運行維護計畫」降低柴油車廢氣污染排放、增進政府形象並改善民眾觀感,針對本市老舊垃圾清潔車輛加裝濾煙器,進行12套濾煙器租賃安裝工作,以期改善柴油車造成污染問題,並於執行期間執行實車測試,驗證濾煙器效能、耐久及減量效益。本計畫成果為:安裝濾煙器車輛名單篩選及配對,可安裝濾煙器之車輛總計為26輛,另於安裝前完成24輛煙度檢測及調修保養21輛,依據安裝前污染度與調修保養結果,篩選優先安裝濾煙器名單,並自105年5月4日至105年7月30日完成安裝濾煙器,安裝濾煙器後污染去除率達97%至100%,平均去除率達99%;而安裝濾煙器前後車輛實測之馬力比差異均未降低超過10%,自105年8月至109年12月份完成53次維護保養工作,期間推估每年PM2.5削減量推估為0.0863噸,TSP削減量推估為0.0938噸,執行期間辦理20場次教育訓練確保車輛使用者能定期執行自動再生作業。
