This Project is to investigate existing status of the E-waste recycling market mechanisms and resource recycling industry in Taiwan. By analyzing the problem of E-waste recycling market mechanism and resource recycling industry, this project will propose strategies and actions for further improvement
After the Research and Analysis found that E-waste resource recycling market mechanism, most affected by the price, supply and demand, competition and risk. We found and summarized three main issues: price fluctuations, supply and demand uneven deterioration of competition. Therefore, we like to propose three strategies to improve the market; price stability, balance of supply and demand, optimizing competition and establish a sound E-waste recycling resources development market.
In addition, the main problems of resources recycling industry are the recycling industry institutional stagnation, pollution prevention and health and safety deficiencies, E-waste recycling technologies yet to be improved, the lack of development of circular economy and other issues.
This Project will finally propose three improvement strategy: To optimal management technology、To promote the recycling economy、To convert domestic E-waste into valuable scarce resources recycling,We expect through more strategic plan to achieve the goals of supplying domestic electronic industry material requirements, reducing dependence on foreign resources, improving resource productivity and finally achieve the goal of recycling economy.
