環境資源資料庫整合專案管理服務(105-107年度)
| 中文摘要 | (一) 蒐集研析美國環保署、歐盟之大數據、物聯網、環境圖資及整合性環境應用案例，並針對跨域應用與資料服務，辦理專題分享活動，同時考量我國國情與環境資源資料現況，提出環境數據應用主題建議。 (二) 彙整與輔導環境雲參與機關計畫內容，研擬與調整106、107及108年度環境雲先期計畫與績效指標，以符合整體計畫主軸與發展願景；並依據各主管機關需求，進行各年度績效提報。 (三) 辦理跨機關應用主題訪談，包含交通部中央氣象局、經濟部水利署、經濟部礦務局、經濟部中央地質調查所、行政院農業委員會林務局、行政院農業委員會水土保持局、及行政院農業委員會特有生物研究保育中心等單位，探討資料服務發展策略與方向，作為「環境資源資料庫整合計畫」第五階段電子化政府計畫之參考，落實環境治理推動目標。 (四) 協助環保署進行105、106、107年度環境雲相關計畫履約監控與查核品管，包含環境資源資料庫、環境資源資料交換平臺、環境資源資料開放平臺、巨量資料分析共享平臺等應用系統，參與專案會議並完成技術文件審查，確保系統發展與營運。 | ||

Operation and Maintenance Services for Environmental and Natural Resources Data Cloud integrated platform (105-107Year)
| 英文摘要 | 1. Collecting and analyzing the big data of US EPA and the European Union, IoT, environmental maps and integrated application cases. The project also organize thematic sharing activities according to cross-domain applications and data services, considering the current situation of Taiwan and the conditions of the environmental resources data, to furthermore propose advice of the theme of environmental data application. 2. To coordinate and give guidance on the Environmental Cloud participation in the organization's project, develop and adjust Environmental Cloud advance plans and key performance indicators in year 2017 to 2019 in order to meet the overall plan's principal axis and development vision. The project buildup a project management office to submit the annual performance reports according to the needs of various competent authorities. 3. The project office organize and manage the cross-agency themed application interviews, including Ministry of Communications Central Weather Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs Water Resources Agency, Ministry of Economic Affairs Bureau of Mine, Central Geological Survey of MOEA, Forest Service Bureau of the Executive Yuan Agricultural Committee, Bureau of Soil and Water Conservation of the Executive Yuan Agricultural Committee, and Endemic Biological Research, Conservation Center of the Agricultural Committee of the Executive Yuan, and etc. It is held to explore the development strategy and direction of data services, as a reference for the fifth stage of the e-government plan for the “Environmental Resources Database Integration Project”, and to implement the goals of environmental governance. 4. Assisting the EPA in performing Environmental Cloud-related plan performance, monitoring and checking of quality control in year 2014 to 2018, involving applications of environmental resource database, environmental resource data exchange platform(CDX), environmental resource data open platform, massive data analysis, sharing platform and etc., and further participating in the project meeting and complete the review of technical documents to ensure the development and operation of the system. | ||
