廢棄服飾材料再利用最佳化設計先期研究

中文摘要	我國舊衣回收每年約有6萬噸，除了再整理成為二手衣出售外，剩餘成為廢棄物投入焚化爐燃燒之比例高達40%。未經處理便投入焚化爐中焚化，並未將資源有效利用。因此，如何降低廢棄服飾進入廢棄掩埋管道或焚化爐的比例，成為我國提升廢棄服飾再利用的主要課題，也是紡織品循環再利用議題的一部分。廢棄服飾再利用，除了可將廢棄服飾再經材料鑑定，再分類，再純化，再製成原料外，亦可將廢棄服飾作為可用之輔助燃料，使其成為有效之能源。廢棄物能源化的方式之一，是將廢棄服飾作為鍋爐燃燒的輔助燃料，唯一要解決的是；廢棄服飾破碎方式需符合鍋爐燃燒進料的條件，及燃燒後產生的副產物是否會影響環境，都須加以評估。本計畫主要是以文獻收集方式先了解國內外廢棄服飾回收再利用現況，及作為鍋爐燃燒的輔助燃料對環境影響；與廢棄紡織品破碎機的種類及處理能力。檢視可行之回收再利用途徑，例如經由化學技術、物理技術、能源化技術…等，使其回收再利用比率提升，未來，進而推廣至其他廢棄紡織品的回收，如窗簾、地毯…等。本計畫亦將針對國內廢棄服飾的再利用方向提出結論建議，並說明本所未來對此議題的相關研究規劃。

Preliminary Research on the optimization of recycle design for apparel waste materials

英文摘要	Second hand clothes became waste of up to 40%, went into the incinerator without treatment. It is not an efficiency use of resources. How to avoid the apparel waste materials into the incinerator or buried site. The apparel waste material as fuel is an available solution for energy used. For the purpose of energy used, it is important that waste apparel is broke down into pieces of combustion size; it also have to be assessed whether the byproducts of combustion will affect the environment. The project focus on literature review methods to understand the apparel and textile waste as a fuel for the environmental impact and crusher types and processing capacity in domestic and foreign; Next, the crusher prototyping design and develop. After crushing apparel waste materials are expected to become the effective fuel to enhance the recycling rate. We hope extend to the recovery of waste textiles, such as curtains in future.
