105年度土壤污染評估調查及檢測資料申報審查與查核計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫為協助環保局執行「土壤及地下水污染整治法」第8、9 條備查與審查作業相關工作。本計畫共受理870件備審查案件，平均審查天數為4.6天，另已協助完成899件審查通過案件電子化作業。本計畫篩選案件缺失率較高之評估調查人員及技師，進行現場採樣作業抽查，共完成143場次現場查核，以確保採樣規劃過程符合土污法第八條及第九條的目的且送樣樣品具代表性。本計畫已舉辦4場次公告事業說明會及2場次評估調查人員說明會，確保業界及相關作業執行人員瞭解土污法第8、9條之相關規定。本計畫為確保審查作業能順利移轉給環保局，已舉辦12場次環保局教育訓練，除完整傳承審查經驗外，亦提供現場案例實作練習課程，另更編制「審查作業指引手冊」供環保局執行審查作業時可快速查詢相關審查重點。 | ||

The audition and review plan on evaluation, investigation and testing results reports of potential polluted soil of 2016
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this project is to assist the local Environmental Protection Bureau with the auditing and reviewing tasks mandated by Articles 8 and 9 of the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act. 870 cases have been reviewed and audited by the project, taking an average of 4.6 days for each case. In addition, the project has helped to complete 899 cases of digitization tasks. Assessment investigation personnel and professional engineers with relatively high error rates have been selected by the project and randomly audited their sampling operations in the field. A total of 143 field audits were conducted to ensure that the sampling process conforms to the purpose of Articles 8 and 9 of the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act, and that the submitted samples are representative of the population. Four designated industry seminars and two assessment investigation personnel seminars were held for the project to ensure the industry and operation personnel fully understand the relevant regulations of Articles 8 and 9 of the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act. To ensure successful transfer of the auditing task to the local Environmental Protection Bureau, 12 Environmental Protection Bureau training sessions have been held for the project. Aside from fully transferring the auditing experience, field practice sessions were also conducted. Additionally, a Guide to Auditing has been written for the Environmental Protection Bureau to quickly check key points while performing an audit. | ||
