彰化縣農地土壤污染控制場址適當措施改善計畫-134筆污染歷程複雜暨新圳、小新圳等灌區-監督及驗證

Changhua Agricultural Land Pollution Control Site Proper Measures to Improve Project-The 134 mounds Pollution ‘s Progress complicated of supervising and verification
| 英文摘要 | The main tasks of this project include supervising, verification and providing technical support for the “Pollution improvement project and pollution improvement task(A, B) for the farmland soil pollution control sites at Changhua County, Taiwan”. We have played a fair role in supervising the improvement of the heavy metal polluted soil sites to meet the soil quality standards for agriculture land. There are 34 ha of polluted farmland to be cleaned up. For the technical support, our tasks were to establish the standard operational procedures for the inspection of the soil pollution control sites, for the schedule management system for the clean-up works, and for decommission the control site once it is cleaned up. So far, there are 33.13 ha of polluted land been cleaned up and verified. Out of them, 33.13 ha has been approved via verification samples which analyzed all the six required heavy metal items. For technical support works, we have completed: (1) formulate the SOP for the inspection of the project sites, and have completed 5 inspections, (2) planning and implementing the project management systems, (3) farmland control sites management in Changhua County, (4) hold 28 project conferences, and (5) the assigned tasks by Changhua EPB, (6) published 4 press releases | ||
