Based on evaluating the current status of industrial waste self-management, this project developed self-management process and compiled the self-management reference guide for industrial waste. The cleanup and recycling status of industrial waste that difficult to cleanup, including furnace slag, dust, sludge, waste rubber, and waste solvent were investigated and the final disposal or long term storage was evaluated. According to the investigation and evaluation, it’s management proposal was proposed. On the other hand, based on the amended regulation of the “Enterprises designated Waste Professional Technical Personnel”, the project developed automatic reminding system and further examined the applied situation of professional technical personnel. Based on this examination, the management proposal was also proposed. The domestic data of industrial waste, disposal, recycling, and disposal capacity within recent four seasons was collected and analyzed for evaluating the industrial waste flow. In order to enhance the management mechanism of industrial waste, the evaluation of rationality and completeness for disposal according to the industrial waste disposal plan was continually conducted.
