105年度臺南市空氣品質監測站資訊顯示系統操作維護及分析作業計畫

中文摘要 本計畫主要藉臺南市空氣品質監測站資訊顯示系統操作維護工作,確保運轉正常及數據品質,同時彙整維修紀錄表及改善建議報告,提供環保局掌握維修狀況;並訂定測站維護之標準作業程序及維護檢查表以確保維護品質配合達成環保署監測站考核標準。 本計畫期程為105年8月12日至106年5月8日,各項計畫工作結果分別摘要說明如下: 一、空氣品質人工監測站監測採樣分析作業 (一)落塵量收樣及放樣 本計畫預定完成108站次落塵採樣及分析,已完成107站次採樣及分析作業,達成率99%,其中民德國中站因頂樓防漏工程施工,故暫停維護及採樣作業,預計施工期間為106/4/1~106/5/31。 (二)總懸浮微粒採樣分析 本計畫預定完成216站次總懸浮微粒採樣分析,已完成214站次採樣及分析作業,達成率99%,其中民德國中站因頂樓防漏工程施工,故暫停維護及採樣作業。 二、空氣品質人工監測站維護及校正作業 (一)監測儀器保養維修 本計畫預定完成216站次儀器保養維修,已完成214站次儀器保養維修作業,達成率99%。 (二)監測儀器校正作業 單點流量校正108站次,已完成107站次單點流量校正作業,達成率99%;多點流量校正36站次,已完成36站次多點流量校正作業,達成率100%;計時器校正24站次,已完成24站次計時器校正作業,達成率100%;一級流量校正2次,已完成2次一級流量校正,達成率100%。 (三)精密度測試 本計畫預定完成9站次採樣分析,已完成9站次採樣及分析作業,達成率100%。 三、自動測站操作維護及校正 本計畫預定完成18站次月維護作業,已完成18站次月維護作業,達成率100%;預定完成季維護6站次,已完成6站次季維護作業,達成率100%;預定完成半年維護4站次,已完成4站次半年維護作業,達成率100%。 四、懸浮微粒連續監測作業 本計畫預定完成6站月總懸浮微粒採樣分析,已完成11站月採樣及分析作業,達成率183%。 五、懸浮微粒採樣分析作業 本計畫預定完成24次懸浮微粒採樣分析,已完成24次採樣及分析作業,達成率100%;成分分析部分本計畫預定完成7次,已完成9次,達成率129%。 六、執行小西門LED電子顯示看板經常性操作保養 本計畫預定完成9站次儀器保養,已完成10站次儀器保養維修作業,達成率111%;105年計畫共協助製作播放內容共計63項277筆。 七、智慧城市簡易空氣品質感測網服務 已完成臺南市運動公園及工業區空氣盒子設置規劃,並完成現勘評估作業。

Operation, maintenance and analysis plan of information display system for Tainan air quality monitoring station in 105

英文摘要 This project covered the operation and maintenance works of Air Quality Monitoring Station (AQMS) in Tainan City in which assuring the normal conditions of facilities of AQMS and quality of sampling data, reporting the comprehensive maintenance records, summarizing the improvement measures as well as reporting latest conditions to Environmental Bureau. Taken into account assuring of maintenance work in compliance with standard of quality and assurance of AQMS, this project included the formulation a set of standard operation procedures and maintenance form. The major achievements of project, started from 12 August 2016 to 8 May 2017, were summarized as followings: 1. Air Quality Monitoring Station Sampling Analysis a) Dust Measurement Dust collection and analysis was scheduled to be completed 108 times throughout the contract term. As the water-proof construction work on the rooftop of Minde Junior High School station, the dust measurement was suspended during the anticipated construction period from 1 April 2017 to 31 May 2017. As of the end of this project, it completed 107 times of dust collection and analysis and achieved 99% data capture rate. b) Total Suspended Particulates (TSP) Sampling Analysis Total suspended particulates (TSP) sampling analysis was scheduled to be completed 216 times throughout the contract term. As of the end of project term, it completed 214 times of analysis and achieved 99% data capture rate. 2. Air Quality Monitoring Station maintenance and Calibration Works a) Maintenance Works of Analyzers and Samplers Maintenance of Analyzers and Samplers was scheduled to be completed 216 times throughout the contract term. As of the end of project term, it completed 214 times of analysis and achieved 99% completion rate. b) Calibration Works of Analyzers and Samplers One-point Flow Calibration was scheduled to be completed 108 times throughout the contract term. As of the end of project term, it completed 107 times of analysis and achieved 99% capture rate. Multi-point Flow Calibration, Timer Verification and Level-one Flow Calibration were completed 36, 24 and 2 times respectively and achieved 100% completion rate throughout the project term. c) Precision Check Precision check was completed 9 times throughout the contract term and achieved 100% completion rate. 3. Operation, Maintenance and Calibration Works of Air Quality Monitoring Station Monthly maintenance work, quarterly maintenance work and bi-yearly maintenance work were completed 18, 6 and 4 times respectively and achieved 100% completion rate. 4. Total Suspended Particulate Continuous Monitoring Work Monthly total suspended particulate continuous sampling work was scheduled to be completed 6 times throughout the project term. As of the end of term, it recorded 11 times of monthly sampling and analysis works and reached 183% completion rate. 5. Fine Suspended Particulate Sampling Work Fine suspended particulate sampling work was completed 24 times throughout the project term and reached 100% completion rate. Composition analysis of collected fine suspended particulate was scheduled to be completed 7 times throughout the project term. As of the end of term, composition analysis was recorded 9 times and reached 129% completion rate. 6. Routine maintenance of LED electronic display broad Routine maintenance of LED electronic display broad was scheduled to be completed 9 times throughout the project term. As of the end of term, it recorded 10 times of work and reached 111% completion rate. In year 2016, the collaboration in preparation of broadcasting materials was in total (63 item 277 quantity) 7.
