105年臺南市水污染源科學稽查與水污染防治費徵收查核計畫
| 中文摘要 | 臺南市近年來推動河川整治計畫相關措施包括：生活污水源頭減量及處理、加速推動流域內生活污水處理、加強推動轄內流域沿岸事業及下水道系統稽查管制及推動執行河川環境教育等工作均有不錯的成效。除了持續事業及社區下水道系統稽查管制外，環保局針對轄境內極可能受污染的重要河段加強監測管理，以免河川遭受污染，並針對轄區內事業實施現場許可、定檢資料的核對，以落實業者誠實申報之查察與監督作業，亦配合社區、學校、公益團體所成立志工河川巡守，隨時掌握污染源現況即時處置，對於水污染事件採取緊急應變處理措施，以能即時有效解除水質污染及生態破壞之危機，並了解分析河川污染事件之原因，以進一步採取相關改善措施，減少河川污染事件發生頻率。 為此，臺南市政府環境保護局乃遴選顧問機構辦理「105年臺南市水污染源科學稽查與水污染防治費徵收查核計畫」，期望運用民間專業人力，積極對轄區內工廠之廢水處理進行管制及輔導，以徹底掌握工廠廢水處理情形，俾利日後環保局對列管業者之追蹤管理。 | ||

2016 Plan of Tainan City’s Implementation of Water Pollution Source Inspection
| 英文摘要 | The purposes of the project include the execution of industrial waste water process audit; the investigation of illicit discharge; Tainan City Environmental Protection Bureau (Tainan City EPB) actively manages and assists the registered factories in waste water treatment for the reduction of pollutants discharge into the river system of Tainan City. In the year 2016, Tainan City EPB has carried out 4,752 regular inspections (including business hour inspection and after hour inspection) on the registered factories in Tainan City. As the results of inspections and with the assistance of scientific instruments, Tainan City EPB has tracked down 2 illicit waste water discharging facilities. Furthermore, Tainan City EPB has performed discharge water samplings of 1,248 factories within the city, and has discovered that 158 factories have exceeded the legal discharging standards. Those factories have been given continuous counseling to improve the discharge water quality. | ||
