To comply with the operations of the diesel vehicle emission control strategy of Department of Environmental Protection, and to achieve the goals of Air Pollution Control Act, this project aims to improve the air pollution in Taoyuan City effectively with regular inspections, controls, and regulations. Visual observations, reports from the public and other methods are used to notify the relevant diesel vehicles under jurisdiction to arrive for a vehicle emission inspection station for emission tests by using emission smoke determination, in order to achieve the effectiveness of environmental protection.
