105 年度中區水污染事件緊急應變民間機構協力處理計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫主要針對中區聯防體系正常運作，維持聯繫管道暢通，以及協助南投縣強化水污染緊急應變能量。今(105)年度本計畫完成「中區水污染事件緊急應變及聯防體系作業計畫」及「南投縣水污染事件緊急應變作業計畫」，並召集相關權責單位辦理研商會議各1場次，此外，為使應變器材維持正常功能，每月維護清點南投縣緊急應變器材並完成中區各縣市器材維護保養各1次。為強化南投縣應變能量，針對南投縣緊急應變小組成員及列管貯油場事業分別辦理水污染應變器材實作訓練及水污染事件應變教育訓練各1場次，以提升南投縣急應變小組成員及事業單位相關法規及應變流程孰悉度，並辦理河川緊急應變演練1場次，使相關應變小組成員對權責分工及應變器材使用更加熟稔，未來能夠即時、正確、有效地執行應變作業，將水體生態及農漁經濟所受到傷害減至最低。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | This project mainly aimed at normal operation of central region mutual aid system to maintain smooth communication channel and assist Nantou County in strengthening water pollution emergency response energy. “Central Region Water Pollution Accident Emergency Response Actions with Mutual Aid System Operational Plan” and “Nantou County Water Pollution Accident Emergency Response Actions” included in the year 2016 project was implemented, and the relevant competent authorities also convened discussion meeting one session each. Additionally, response equipments in Nantou County and central region counties/cities were completed the maintenance and inventory once per month to keep their normal functions. To reinforce Nantou County’s response energy, Nantou County Emergency Response Team members and controlled oil storage sites received practice training for water pollution response equipments and educational training for water pollution accidents response one session each, respectively, to improve their familiarity with the relevant regulations and response process; meanwhile, one session of rivers emergency drill was handled to make team members have more knowledge about the delegation of authorizations and duties as well as response equipments, so as to immediately, correctly and effectively exercise response operation in the future and minimize the damage to water ecology and agricultural ＆ fishery economy. | ||
