105年度屏東縣「移動污染源稽查管制計畫-機車排氣檢測暨宣導活動計畫」
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫主要工作內容包含：稽查未定檢車、定檢率提升作業、低污染車輛推廣、定檢站管理、新設及既有充電站維護作業及辦理宣導活動等。報告統計期程為自105年5月26日起至106年5月25日止，各工作項目皆已符合計畫目標。 本計畫需稽查未定檢車輛25,000輛，統計至106年5月23日止共完成未定檢車稽查25,257輛，分別為使用車牌辨識系統稽查11,390及人力路邊巡查13,867輛；未定檢車輛需回檢至少20,000輛，統計至106年5月23日止共完成未定檢車回檢21,275輛。 計畫期程內需寄發定檢通知明信片47萬張，已寄發完成105年度6月至106年5月明信片通知數，共計發440,759張，已完成12個月份之寄發數量，其餘不足部分包含外縣市稽查通知共計10,207件，依據旨揭計畫評選須知第柒條第五項辦理，轉為催檢通知寄發。本年度催檢通知須寄發75,000件，包含明信片及外縣市稽查通知不足額轉為此項目部分，共計完成寄發86,066件催檢通知。 移動式定檢車空區服務，計畫目標數為2,000輛次，截至106年5月份共計執行75場次並完成檢測2,001輛次；移動式定檢車免費宣導檢測服務，計畫目標數為1,000輛次，截至106年5月份共計執行16場次並完成檢測1,031輛次。不定期路邊攔檢作業本年度須完成500輛，共計執行攔檢作業517輛次，皆已完成預定工作目標。 民眾陳情案件辦理成效：案件通知檢驗率99.52%、應處分案件處分率100.0%及獎金及獎品發放率為100.0%，各項辦理成效皆為分組第一。 協助環保局辦理二行程汰舊及新購低污染車輛作業，自補助日起至105年12月31日止，受理淘汰二行程機車補助案件共12,582件；受理新購與換購電動二輪車補助案件共2,480件，兩項受理數量為104年2倍以上。 屏東縣政府環境保護局設置之電動機車充電站總計200站，本計畫須完成每季維護作業一次，總計完成維護800站次電動機車充電站，並增設10站之電動機車充電站，目前已完成10站。 為維護定檢站檢驗品質，本年度需定期查核定檢站508站次，並執行實車查核127站次及氣體查核127站次，截至106年5月底止總計完成定期查核定檢站508站次、實車查核127站次及氣體查核143站次，各項查核項目皆已完成預定工作目標。另針對本縣定檢站完成辦理年度教育說明會1場次及定檢站聯誼座談會2場次，確實傳遞各項年度定檢作業須知及宣達各項配合辦理事項，提升本縣定檢站之品保品管作業。 持續積極推動本縣重點觀光地區包含墾丁及小琉球空氣品質淨區，完成空品淨區內每月不定期之稽巡查作業，並針對當地租賃業者進行全面之車輛普查及管制，並辦理低污染運具試乘活動1場次及配合小琉球地區空氣品質監測1場次，亦於本年度配合協助辦理本縣之工業區移動源評鑑作業。 | ||

Pintung County 2016 Mobile Sources Audition and Control Project- Motorbike Emission Test and Promotion Project
| 英文摘要 | During the project period, we audited 25,257 motorbikes which had not been periodic test, there are 21,275 motorbikes had been test after we audited. We had sent 440,759 periodic test notifications, and resent 86,066 notifications to hasten the owners of motorbikes make their motorbikes tested. On the service of regular test for free, we excuted 75 times, and tested 2,001 motorbikes. We inspected 517 motorbikes on the roadside. On the effort of people report the polluting car, the rate of notification is 99.52%, the rate of punishment is 100%. We also assisted the subsidy on the elimination of 2-stroke motorbikes and buy new low-pollution motorbike, there are 12,582 applications for the elimination of 2-stroke motorbike and 2,480 applications for buy new low-pollution motorbike. The amount of applicationa are more than 2 times compared with 2015. Every season, we had maintenance 200 electric motorbike recharge spots, totally 800 spots in the period of the project. And we setup 10 recharge spots. To ensure the quality of the motorbike emission test, we periodic inspected the motorbike emission testing station for 508 times, anonymous real motorbike inspection for 127 times, and medium concentration standard gas inspection for 143 times. We promoted Kenting and Liuqiu being air quality cleaner zone, had a promotion for low pollution motorbike, and we also monitored the air quality of Liuqiu area. | ||
