106年環境教育資訊網之系統功能整合、提升、維護及行銷專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 環境保護為近年來全世界高度關注之議題，在追求國家永續發展之下，惟有提高全民對於環境倫理與責任之重視，方能達到永續發展之目標；有鑑於此，我國於民國99年公布《環境教育法》，100年6月5日起正式實施，期望運用教育之方式，培養國人瞭解環境與社會發展之依存關係，增進全民對於環境保護之知識、技能、態度及價值觀，進而提升環境道德觀，為國內環境教育作業奠定永續發展的里程碑。 自《環境教育法》實施以來，本計畫持續配合環保署環境教育相關業務推動，著手開發各項系統功能，包含環境講習、補助申請、四小時申報、知識宣導、環教活動資訊提供等。本年度以協助環保署推動環境教育終身學習政策為主軸，強化各系統間資料交換作業，並就現有資料層面加強分析，提供環保署做為日後政策推動之參考。 本計畫目前所維護之主要系統包含有「環境教育管理資訊系統」、「環境教育終身學習網」及「環境E學院」3大系統，輔助中央及地方主管機關推動環境教育相關業務；並建立環保影片專區、環教旅遊地圖及環教圖書館等輔助性網站，提供完整、多元、豐富、便捷且有效的資源共享平臺，除滿足使用者基本需求外，亦具備宣傳功能，打造良好公共形象，如此不僅讓民眾能夠透過更多管道獲取環境教育知識與資訊，同時提升環保署對於環境教育推動之績效與形象，達成雙贏局面。 | ||

The 2017 Environmental Education Information System Function Integration, Improvement, Maintenance, and Marketing Project Work Plan
| 英文摘要 | Environmental protection has been a major global issue of concern during recent years. In the pursuit of sustainable development, countries will only be able to achieve their goals if citizens focus on environmental ethics and responsibility. Therefore, to encourage environmental awareness, Taiwan enacted the "Environmental Education Act" in 2010, which officially took effect on June 5, 2011. The law is designed to increase the public's understanding of the dependencies between the environment and societal development, as well as to educate citizens on the general knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values concerning environmental protection in order to strengthen their environmental ethics and establish a milestone of sustainable development with respect to the country's environmental education. Since the promulgation of the Environmental Education Act, this project has continued to support the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) in its efforts to promote environmental education and develop various system functionalities including mandatory environmental workshops for violators, subsidy applications, four-hour environmental training and online filings, educational programs, and information on environmental education activities. Our primary goal this year is to assist the EPA in promoting its policies on lifelong learning in environmental education and enhance the exchange of information between systems. We also aim to improve the analysis of existing data, which can be used to provide the EPA with a basis for implementing its policies in the future. Currently, the three major systems maintained under this project include "Environmental Education Management Information Systems", "Environmental Education Lifelong e-Learning", and "Environmental e-Academy"; these systems provide assistance to central and local competent authorities in conducting environmental education-related tasks and services. The project has also implemented several supporting websites that provide environmental conservation films, travel maps for environmental education, and an environmental education library to offer a comprehensive, diverse, convenient, and effective platform for resource sharing. In addition to satisfying basic user requirements, these systems also serve as a publicity platform to help the agency maintain its public image. As a result, not only will these channels enable the general public to acquire knowledge and information regarding environmental education, they will also enhance the performance and image of EPA with respect to its efforts in promoting environmental education; achieving a mutually beneficial outcome. | ||
