水污染感測器與物聯網資訊展示先期研究計畫

中文摘要 我國地小人稠,全國各地工廠與工業區林立,部分緊鄰民宅,導致各工廠或工業區廢污水未妥善處理而排放之陳情案件層出不窮。目前常用之水質監測設備存在設置經費較高、設備體積較大等缺點;因此,目前常用之監測儀器並不適用於未來大量設置或廣佈等應用情境。 有鑑於近年來線上水質分析及採樣技術之精進,同時大數據處理與無線傳輸技術的進步,使得開發一體積小、耐用佳、操作簡單、設置費用低廉且具無線數據傳輸與物聯網功能之新一代廢污水監測與物聯網互動式資訊系統成為可行之技術開發方向。 本計畫共達成以下成果:1.蒐集及研析國內、外已上市販售或發表研究成果之水質污染感測器研究資料及文獻,並提出未來廣佈型水質感測器研發之建議方向與規格;2.利用剝除伏安法成功開發出鉛離子網印電極感測技術,對水體中所含之鉛離子具有相當的感測靈敏度;3. 利用銦錫氧化感測薄膜發展出一酸鹼、溫度及電導度多重水質量測系統,並提供3套原型機進行小型場域驗證;4. 完成物聯網應用情境分析報告,包含靜態模擬「預警分析模組」及 「污染源頭分析模組」等運用模式。

Pilot study in information visualization by using water quality monitor and Internet of things

英文摘要 Taiwan is a small island, which is highly populated. There are many complaints and petitions due to the discharge of untreated wastewater from the factories and industrial area. Up to present, there are disadvantages that are high installation cost and high spatial occupation of the common used water quality monitor instruments. Hence, these are not suitable for widespread installation. Recently, based on the improvement of the technology on on-line water sampling and quality analysis, as well as the big data and wireless transmission technology, developing a durable, small volume-occupied, easy-operation and low cost water quality monitor IOT interactive information system becomes a possible route. In this study, we have accomplished the goals as followings, 1) collecting and researching domestic and foreign commercial products or published literatures with regarding to water quality monitor sensing system and making suggestions on the development of widespread water quality monitor sensing system; 2) successfully developing screen printed carbon electrode coupled with anodic stripping voltammetry to detect Pb ions; 3) developing multi-functional ITO thin film sensing system with pH, temperature and electro-conductivity and also providing 3 prototype to implement small field test; 4) completing IOT scenario analysis report including modules such as 「Early Warning module」and 「Source Tracking module」.
