105年花蓮縣低碳永續家園運作體系與執行成效管考計畫
| 中文摘要 | 花蓮縣素有台灣後花園之美譽，向來以觀光、樂活、田園生活為名，每到假日更是湧進許多外地觀光客前來遊憩，花蓮縣政府積極推動環保運動、低碳生活，故花蓮縣政府將以成為「低碳城市、幸福花蓮」為願景，訂定營造低碳生活、建構低碳觀光、保育生態環境、及推動節能政策為四大政策綱領。 花蓮縣環境保護局鑑於溫室效應導致全球暖化及氣候變遷效應日益顯著，為喚起全民共同參與節能減碳運動，同時配合行政院環境保護署「推動低碳生活實踐與調適執行」推動政策，透過地方鄉鎮市區、村里民，由上至下督導及推動，進而達到全民落實生活節能減碳的目的，以及推廣溫室氣體減量的重要性，將節能減碳觀念及意識向下紮根，自動自發做到節能減碳行動，特制訂執行本計畫。 | ||

2016 Hualien Low-Carbon Sustainable Hometown Operation and Effect Evaluation Plan
| 英文摘要 | Hualien has earned the title of the back garden of Taiwan. It is famous for its tourism, relaxing and idyllic life. Countless tourists from other counties pay visit to Hualien on weekends. Hualien County Government spares no effort in promoting environmental campaign and low-carbon lifestyle, thus, with the vision “Low-Carbon City, Blessed Hualien” in mind, Hualien County Government has set four policy guidelines, including building low-carbon life and tourism, preserving ecological environment and carrying out energy-saving policy. Hualien County Environmental Protection Bureau, in the light of global warming and climate changes impacts become more acute and to comply with Executive Yan’s “Low-Carbon Life Practice and Adjustment Implementation” policy, has pushed and observed campaign in local villages and towns to achieve its goal of carbon-reduction, energy-saving lifestyle and to emphasize the importance of greenhouse gases reduction. With the view to root the idea of energy-saving and carbon-reduction into people and to call on to people to take to initiative to follow it, the bureau decides to draw up and implement this plan. | ||
