105年度清淨家園顧厝邊綠色生活(EcoLife)網及鄉鎮市區整潔評比成效提升計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫係根據歷年清淨家園全民運動顧厝邊部落格綠色生活(EcoLife)網建置計畫之成果持續維護並提升綠網既有功能，以增進綠網操作的友善度，同時強化營造永續優質環境衛生計畫的管考系統，提升行政作業的效率；並藉由推廣及宣導，逐步落實清淨家園樂活化之「扎根環境教育，愛家園顧台灣」的環境新主張。 本年度計畫執行內容對於民眾端，重點為加強資料的展現與強化各項App服務，因此透過首頁的改版並搭配視覺化圖表（infographic）、GIS、儀表版（dashboard）的版面配置來進行資料的展現，App功能亦完成更新與強化；對於業務面則著重於提升登革熱的防治作業與各項環境衛生執行成果的管理，本年度對登革熱業務完成加強孳生源清除的村里警示、孳生源清除成果的管控、病媒蚊調查的建檔及建置宣導專區；對環境管理則完成髒亂熱區地圖、清理結案和建檔場所維護成果的查詢與統計專區。另外，為瞭解地方環境衛生執行成效，執行全國村里（共961個）整潔度查核（含複查）作業。本計畫綜合以上功能的開發及查核作業已提升系統友善度、業務管理成效，並掌握地方整潔度現況。 最後，亦對綠網瀏覽量、使用者、各項業務執行績效或制度（公廁、菸蒂、整潔度評比）進行分析，並提出相關建議，以做為未來綠網或業務推動方向或策略上參考之依據。 | ||

2016 Enhancement Project of the EcoLife Website and village Clean-degree
| 英文摘要 | Based on the past results of the establishment of EcoLife website, this project continue to maintain and enhance the existing functions of the website, improve its user friendliness, and strengthen the management and evaluation system of the sustainable environmental sanitation program so as to enhance the efficacy of the administrative operations. Through the promotions and propagandas, the new advocacy of “rooting environmental education, love our home ＆ care about Taiwan” has gradually been implemented for a clean neighborhood. The executive content of this year’s plan targeted at the public end. The focus was placed on the presentation of information and all sorts of App services. Thus, information was presented through the redesign of the main page together with the layout of infographics, GIS and dashboard. The App functions have been updated and strengthened. At the business level, the management for the prevention and treatment of dengue fever and the implementation of environmental health actions have been the focus. This year, warning signs of breeding ground removal for towns and villages were accomplished; the control and monitoring of the breeding ground were completed as well as the investigation of disease vectors and the establishment of advocacy area. In terms of environmental management, we finished the mapping of dirty hot areas as well as the inquiry and statistic zone with the filings of our achievements. Moreover, in order to understand the executive achievements of local environmental sanitation, we conducted the clean -degree (including the reviews) operations of the villages across the nation (a total of 961 villages). The comprehensive development and verification of the above functions of this plan have already reached to a state of system friendly and business management, having in control the clean-degree of all local regions. Lastly, the views, users, executive performance or system of all the business (public toilets, cigarette butts and clean-degree) have been analyzed, and relevant recommendations have been proposed, which can be the reference for future EcoLife website or the promotion or strategic direction. | ||
