105年度空品不良期間加強濁水溪沿岸街道揚塵管制計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫共完成下列主要工作，執行成果分述如下︰ 1.本計畫洗街工作之執行自105年6月10日開始執行，截至106年6月9日止，洗街長度累積達37,954.8公里，達成率為108.4%，其平均單位用水量為1.07公噸/公里，平均取用水質介於17.9ntu。每月洗街車平均查核237.7km，總查核2,852km。 2.於105年6月14日及106年1月6日，辦理洗街作業人員教育訓練二場次，達成率皆為100%。 3.統計105年6月至106年6月9日進行緊急應變作業，共計執行92次應變洗街長度達2,523.1公里，推估可削減TSP污染量達34.82公噸，削減PM10污染量達6.56公噸。 4.本計畫道路髒污普查於105年6月份至106年6月期間進行道路普查，長度總計達1,610.7公里，調查結果顯示道路等級主要以B級為主。 5.濁水溪揚塵好發時期，常造成嚴重空氣品質污染，更影響民眾健康安危，透過六鄉鎮國中小校園及村里教育宣導作業，使學童及民眾具備自我防護觀念，辦理完成宣導會15場次。 6.推動12處村里認養道路，公里數總計546.3公里，使環保局與村里一同管制街道揚塵，達互助共享之洗掃及宣導作業。 7.於濁水溪沿岸揚塵好發嚴重區域完成每月維護3座空品顯示面板(西螺大橋路、二崙大庄、麥寮施厝，提高濁水溪沿岸民眾對於空品認知，並提供立即個人防範措施。 8.105年8月13日、9月10日及11月16日於西螺鎮「西螺當代藝術季」、崙背鄉「詔安客家文化節」及二崙鄉「義賢國小暨社區60周年校慶」，設攤辦理「環保金頭腦大家來挑戰」，以落實防制觀念及提升計畫能見度。 | ||

Enhancing the control of street blowing dust near Cho-Shui river during the poor air quality period in 2016
| 英文摘要 | The execution achievements and schedule met the contract requirements. The related achievements are as follow: 1.The street-cleaning project began on June 10, 2016 and ended on June 9, 2017. The total street cleaning length is 37,954.8 kilometers and total achieve ratio is 108.4%.Total average water consumption is 1.07 tons/km. The average water quality is between 17.9 ntu.The average distance that street-cleaning trucks examine is 237.7 kilometers; total number of verification is 2,852 kilometers. 2.An education and training for street cleaners was held on June 14, 2016 and January 06, 2017, and the achievement rate is 100%. 3.Emergency operations in between June 2016 to June 2017 and 9 May carried out a total of 92 times to perform strain street washing length of 2,523.1 kilometers , Collocation TSP can reduce pollution amounted to 34.82 metric tons , reduce PM10 pollution amounted to 6.56 tonnes. 4.This project’s survey of street cleanness was conducted during June,2016 to June,2017, the length of the road overall is 1,610.7km, and the result shows the grade of the roads are mainly grade B. 5.During the winter time where the dust increases on the riverbank of Jhuoshuei River, there are often severe air pollution and therefore threatening the health of the citizens. Through the cooperation with elementary and middle school and villages in 6 villages and towns, we are able to make the children to become more self-aware of the air pollution. There has been fifteen public events overall. 6.So far, Twelve villages have adopt roads that overall length is estimated at 546.3 kilometers. Then EPA and the villages can manage the street-dusts together and creates good propaganda as well as the cooperation on fighting street-dusts. 7.Maintain 3 billboards that display the air quality beside the riverbanks where the suspended particles are most severe; it raises the awareness of the citizens along the Jhuoshuei River, and offers immediate personal protection response. 8.Set up game booth during the Siluo Contemporary Art Season in Siluo and the Art Choain Cultural Season in Lunbei and Yixian Primary School and Community 60th Anniversary Celebration in Erlun Township during August 13 and September 10 and November 16 of 2016. To engage and encourage citizens of the Jhuoshuei River. This act will help to raise people’s attention of the project as well as the prevention of river dust. | ||
