105年新竹縣空氣品質監檢計畫期末報告

中文摘要 本計畫執行期間為105年1月1日至105年12月31日，工作進度已達成100 %，各項工作均如期執行。 本計畫已完成新竹縣4處空氣品質人工測站之定期監測，105年TSP、PM10及總懸浮微粒之鉛監測結果，均符合空氣品質標準(250、125及1.0 μg/m3)。新竹縣TSP、PM10及PM2.5監測值皆於3月測得最高值，推測原因為季節影響導致監測值偏高。落塵量污染等級介於極輕微至輕微污染等級。 105年4月7日完成專家學者對4處空氣品質人工測站，設置之適妥性及整體採樣流程進行現地勘驗與查核，結果測站設置位置均符合監測之需求，整體採樣流程亦遵循環保署公告方法執行相關查校作業。另於105年5月3日配合完成環保署監資處辦理新竹縣空氣品質人工測站查核及輔導作業。 自105年1月1日起持續於竹北站執行雨水採集，統計105年1-10月中旬採集樣本共89個樣本，酸雨發生頻率(pH<5.0)約41 %，春冬季新竹地區雨水酸化的情形顯著；以竹北站、新竹站與中壢站相比，新竹兩站致酸離子濃度高於中壢站，因竹北站中和能力強，相較酸雨發生頻率較低，但仍需關注氮氧化物的排放值。 新竹縣內共計有6個環境噪音與6個交通噪音監測站，各監測站每季執行2次24小時連續監測作業，105年第一季至第四季噪音監測結果合格率為100 %。指定地點噪音監測工作，本計畫已於8~9月及11月全數完成。依據環保署沙塵網站資料顯示，至105年12月止，環保署監資處尚無發布沙塵暴預報，故未執行機動性監測。

2016 Hsinchu County air quality monitoring Project

英文摘要 The duration of the program is 2016 years, work progress has reached 100%, every work is carried out as scheduled. This project has completed the regular monitoring of four air quality artificial stations in Hsinchu County, total suspended particulate(TSP), the particulate matter with particle sizes less than 10 microns(PM10) and the lead of total suspended particulate monitoring results are in compliance with air quality standards(250 μg/m3, 125 μg/m3 and 1.0 μg/m3), in 2016. Hsinchu County's TSP, PM10, and PM2.5 highest value measured in March, presumably due to seasonal influence. Dust fall pollution levels range from mild to slight pollution levels. We invite experts and scholars on the four air quality artificial station set up appropriate, and the overall monitoring process on-site investigation and verification on April 7, 2016. The survey results, the station set the location are in line with the monitoring needs, the overall monitoring process also follows the EPD's announcement method to carry out the quality control operation. We have cooperated with the Environmental Protection Department Inspectorate for the inspection and counseling of the Hsinchu County Air Quality Labor Station on May 3, 2016. We have been carrying out rainwater harvesting from Bamboo North Station since January 1, 2016. Statistics to the middle of October a total of 89 samples, acid rain frequency (pH <5.0) approx. 41%, spring and winter rain acidification of the situation is more obvious; Zhubei Station, Hsinchu Station and Zhongli Station compared, the concentration of acid ions in Zhongli station is the lowest, because the Zhubei station has a strong ability of acid and alkali, so the frequency of acid rain is low, but still need to pay attention to the emission value of nitrogen oxides. Hsinchu County has a total of 6 ambient noise and 6 traffic noise monitoring stations, the monitoring stations perform two 24-hour continuous monitoring operations on a quarterly basis, noise monitoring results pass rate of 100%. The specified location noise monitoring work is completed in August, September and November. The dust website set up by the EPD's Office has not issued a sandstorm warning, so there is no implementation of flexibility monitoring
